  My trip to India was absolutely incredible. I truly loved every moment and I already look forward to coming back one day. KK Holidays N Vacations is an excellent agency. They provided us with a private driver throughout the entire tour, without a doubt, the best driver in the world! Mahendar was amazing: always punctual, kind, friendly, and even taught us a bit of Hindi along the way. A perfect 10 for him! On my next trip to India, I would definitely want him as my driver again. A warm thank you to you too, Maí! In each city, we had a different tour guide. I must say I wasn’t very satisfied with the guide in New Delhi, as I am still learning English and he was not willing to speak slowly so my cousin could translate for me. Additionally, he would give all the explanations first and then leave us to explore the monuments on our own. However, all the other guides were fantastic. They stayed with us throughout the visits, spoke more slowly to facilitate translation, and some even spoke Spanish, which was very helpful. A special thank you to our guide in Jaipur, Chelhi, he was excellent! The tour was conducted in a new SUV, clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We were also taken to great restaurants offering both local and international cuisine. I highly recommend KK Holidays N Vacations, they offer excellent value for money.Show more

  We had an amazing experience with KK Holidays during our Golden Triangle tour in India. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, making the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. The driver Mahendra was excellent, always punctual, professional, very friendly, and drove very safely, which made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. The guides in each city were knowledgeable and friendly. We visited incredible places like Delhi, Agra, Ambar and Jaipur, and thanks to the team, we were able to fully enjoy each destination without any stress. He was the perfect driver, bodyguard, guide, and travel companion! His knowledge of the Indian culture and his willingness to show us all the beauty in your county was without limits! He was very polite, very gentle when driving as my wife had an issue with her neck and he was always careful with his driving! From arranging a private driver to booking excellent hotels in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Jodhpur, everything was organized smoothly and professionally. A special mention to our private taxi driver, Kapil, who truly made the journey even more enjoyable. He was punctual, professional, courteous, and always ensured we were comfortable and safe throughout the trip. His driving was excellent, and he was very knowledgeable about the routes and local areas, which made traveling between cities smooth and stress-free.   We recently completed a Golden Triangle tour in India and overall had a good experience. While this wasn’t a group tour (as it was a guaranteed departure), the itinerary was well organised and covered the main highlights. Our driver, Pritam, was exceptional and truly made the trip. He was professional, friendly, always punctual, and made us feel very safe throughout the journey. He is a real credit to the tour. The local guides were generally knowledgeable. The first two were very good, while the second two were more average due to limited English fluency and a less engaging style. We also felt that some guiding included tourist-trap shopping, and on one occasion we felt uncomfortable being pressured to buy items for “charity” inside a temple. It would have been helpful to have advance information on monument entry fees, as these were higher than expected and we did not always have enough cash. Accommodation was clean and of good quality, though locations were not ideal, with few dining options within walking distance. Overall, the tour offered a solid introduction to the Golden Triangle, made memorable by an excellent driver.Show more

  I am giving two stars mainly for the following reasons: This is not a real group tour. Despite the description, I ended up traveling alone. Only after the tour did I notice that many other travelers reported the same issue: they expected a group experience but found out it was essentially private, without prior clarification. Poor communication from the agent. Essential information such as the detailed itinerary and hotel names was not shared in advance. I always had to reach out myself to get basic details. Tourist-trap shopping stops were included. Several visits were made to extremely overpriced shops that are widely described online as tourist scams. Guides claimed prices were “very good,” which was not true. It later became clear this is a common commission-based practice that detracts from the cultural experience. Inconsistent English proficiency among guides. Two guides were clear and professional, while one was difficult to understand. The driver, although always punctual and correct, spoke very limited English, making communication beyond basic logistics challenging. Lack of clarity about the daily schedule. After around 4–5 pm there is no support or planned activity, leaving you on your own. This was not clearly communicated in advance. Positive notes: the driver was always punctual and reliable. The last guide was transparent and helpful: he warned me in advance about a shop visit (with no obligation to buy), helped me purchase Taj Mahal tickets online at the official price to skip the queue and advised me about avoiding photo scams at the Taj Mahal. Overall, while the destinations are worth visiting, the organization, transparency and communication of this tour did not meet expectations given how it was marketed.Show more

This tour was clearly marketed and operated as a Guaranteed Departure tour, which means the tour operates even with a minimum of 01 passenger. This condition is transparently mentioned in the tour description. Traveling solo in such cases does not mean the tour is “not real” or misleading; it simply reflects the guaranteed nature of the departure, which many travelers specifically prefer for flexibility and certainty. Regarding communication, the itinerary was shared in advance, and hotel details are routinely provided once confirmed as per standard industry practice. At no point was information intentionally withheld. Our team remained available throughout the tour, and any queries raised were responded to promptly. Concerning shopping visits, we categorically deny the allegation of “tourist scams.” All visits were to government-approved or long-established local artisan outlets, and guests are never obligated to make purchases. As also mentioned by the guest, one of our guides clearly informed in advance about such a visit, which demonstrates transparency—not malpractice. Guide and driver arrangements were exactly as per the tour inclusions. Drivers in India are primarily responsible for safe transportation and punctuality, not guided commentary, which is why local licensed guides are provided city-wise. English proficiency can vary slightly by region, but all guides are licensed professionals. Notably, the guest themselves acknowledged that two guides were very clear and professional. Regarding evenings, the tour is designed to conclude sightseeing by late afternoon to allow guests personal time for rest, exploration, or dining—this is standard practice and not a lack of support. Emergency and assistance contacts are always available. We do appreciate the positive remarks about our driver and the final guide, which reflect the professionalism of our on-ground team. While we respect every traveler’s opinion, we must firmly state that the claim of misleading marketing or lack of transparency is unfounded. We stand by the integrity of our tour operations and the accuracy of our tour descriptions. We wish the guest the very best in their future travels.
