  What is the average age of fellow travelers? Which hotel does the tour start from in Sydney? I will be in the country 2 weeks prior and in Sydney 1-2 days before the tour starts.

    The average age for this trip is generally 20-40 years old, however this can span quite a bit depending on who happens to book. Currently for the November 22nd departure there are 4 confirmed travellers, ages ranging from mid-20s, to 70 years old. The tour will begin at Ibis Hotel Sydney Barangaroo. If you were looking to come in a few days early and wanting to stay at this same hotel, we can request a single room for 280.00 EUR per night. But ultimately you are welcome to stay anywhere you'd like prior to the trip and just meet up at the welcome meeting on Day 1 at the Ibis Hotel Sydney Barangaroo.

  I am nineteen years old and would like to join a group trip on the east coast of Australia for two weeks. However, it is important to me that there are also other solo travelers my age.     No problem I can take a look at our demo's for Sydney to Cairns - 14 Days. It looks like at this time we have 4 travelers confirmed 2 are solo's and the other 2 are a couple. Average age range is 60's & 70's. Were you looking to be around solo travelers within your age group? We do offer trips that are for travelers within the 18-35 age bracket. So that could be an option we look into for you or if you are open to all ages we can see what trips fit your timeframe Australia and provide some brief demo's for you.

    The meeting point is in front of the starting point hotel at 9:00 a.m. today. You'll also find this listed in the Joining Point section of your Essential Trip Information. It's really important to be on time, as the group will be heading straight out on the walking tour afterwards.     We are only able to arrange transfers from the airport to our starting point hotel, or from the finishing point hotel to the airport. Unfortunately, we're not able to arrange transfers between cities. Your daughter will need to make her own way back to Sydney after the trip.

    Unfortunately, as per our standard booking conditions all travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or in lieu of a legal guardian, by an escort over the age of 18. Since you are 18 your friend would not be able to travel with you as their guardian on this trip.

    Our Sydney to Cairns Adventure does not include Melbourne and Uluru and we are unable to add that to the trip package as our tours are pre-scheduled tours with a fixed itinerary. Flights are not included in this trip.

    Accommodation is provided in twin share rooms with a traveler of the same gender for our trips. however, a Single Supplement can be booked at an additional cost if you'd prefer not to share a room on this trip, subject to availability. The 31st May departure still has 6 spots available (Please note the trip will be closed for booking within 7 days to departure)
