  Overall the facilities on board the La Belle de Cadix were excellent. It was a shame that we did not move from Seville until theThursday… 3 days as a floating hotel was not ideal, but our time on board during this time was relaxed and comfortable . Thefood on board was excellent, but 3 courses at lunch and then same again for dinner was too much. A light buffet would have been more suitable and other guests we spoke too felt the same. The crew and staff were excellent. Very professional and appropriately friendly.Show more

  Could not fault the crew or the vessel at all, that side was excellent. My only disappointment was the cruise itself, or rather the lack of! although advertised as a port to port cruise with Seville, Cadix and Cordoba in the title, I was expecting a cruise to Cordoba, not an excursion at additional cost, so although it was 5 nights on board we only had one night away from the home port. This I feel was a misrepresentation of the cruise itself, and was very disappointed in this regard. As I said at the start, you could not faut the crew, they were all very polite and attentive, the food was fabulous. so for that side I would give 5 stars.Show more

  I didn't use any transportation so rated average as there was no option to skip this rating. The quality and presentation of food was superb. The staff were amazingly friendly and the ship itself did not disappoint. Docked in Seville for two nights could have permitted a local team to come and dance for us after dinner as there was no "local- style" entertainment offered. Or, a local music teacher to come and play some Spanish classics in the Panorama Bar after dinner? It wouldn't cost the earth and it would be an added-value surprise. Tiny negative was the cabin no bedside table or shelf to keep my glass of water on during the night! The itinerary was better on paper than in reality. To pay an extra €100 per person for a 10.hour trip to Cordoba was not an option for me and we did not need two days in Seville because we have been there before. However, if one pre-purchased the optional tour package and had never been to the region before, perhaps it would seem a good deal. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone who doesn't know the area.Show more
