- Day 5 Trek to the Tengboche Monastery (3,860m) (Distance approx. 12km / 5 hrs)
- Day 6 Trek to Pheriche (4,200m) (Distance approx. 11km/ 5.5 hrs)
- Day 7 Rest and acclimatization day. (Distance approx. 4km/ 3hrs)
