The Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van we travel in does not have a restroom on board. We will make rest stops as needed during travel for restroom breaks.

There will be 16 of us, including 5 couples (aged 71-35), the same family and 6 children (aged 7-1). Means of transport: van with kitchen or camping car? Accommodation: motel, rental, B&B? Catering: simple or picnic lunch We've already been on many family trips around the world, eating on the roadside or at markets like the locals at lunchtime, for example, a flexible and dynamic family for some ? Visit Moab in Yellowstone Spend time on a horse ranch, l'homme qui.... style (we take care of our own horses in France), discovering life in nature. Why not 1 or 2 or 3 days with a guide, rafting for some... In short, it's up to you - we don't really have any preconceived ideas.

We operate tours in this region for all group sizes from large motorcoaches to self-drives to private guided self-drives, so would be happy to help out!

Can you accommodate gluten free meals?

We can confirm that during the tour, we visit local restaurants and diners that offer gluten-free options.

To provide you with a specific tour cost: Double occupancy: $2,999, Single occupancy: $3,399. This 8-day tour will take you through Utah's Mighty 5 national parks: Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Zion. Tour is designed with small group experiences, no more than 13 guests and a private guide. Inclusions: Professional Tour Guide, Comfortable Transportation, 7 nights lodging at 3-star hotels, 7 Breakfasts, 6 Lunches, 2 Dinners, Park Entrance Fees.

What time does the tour leave and where should we meet the tour?

The arrival day for the tour is 10/26/25. You can arrive anytime this day at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Salt Lake City Utah. The tour will depart from the Ac hotel the morning of 10/27/25 @7am. If you would like to come in a day early on 10/25 , we have pre night hotels that you can book through our office.

Can you tell me how strenuous are the hikes and how long they are each day? Do they have an option to 'opt out' of certain hikes if they feel it's too much for them?

There is 3-5 miles of hiking in one day and it is not strenuous. Yes there are look out points that they can stay behind at if they opt out of certain hikes. The group will continue but catch up with them on the way back in.

I need a ref. or freezer to control my medicine

We do have a cooler on the van to store the medication. There is also refrigerators in the hotel rooms as well for overnight keep.

The mighty 5 Salt Lake City Utah Starts at the AC Hotel by Marriott with a pre night hotel. The following morning the tour departs @7am. You will arrive back at the Ac hotel by 6pm on Day 7 with a post night hotel that is included in this tour. You depart anytime on Sunday on your own.

The itinerary was well-paced for a variety of abilities, and the fact that there were options for levels of difficulty ensured that all participants could get the most out of their experience. Our guide, Brandon, was truly the star of the trip. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge and provided thoughtful and thorough answers to any questions we asked him. He was able to "read" each of our strengths and limitations early on. Always with safety in mind, he encouraged us to push our limits, but also said "no" when he knew someone could not manage a particular outing. Brandon's positive attitude and enthusiasm never waivered throughout the entire experience--he made it amazing!Show more

He built a relationship with each of us (11 on trip) and adapted it for each of us. He knew the options available in the parks and explained much about the environment - from birds to plants to rock formations.Guy knows his stuff. If you are able, get on one of his tours!Show more

The tour of Utah’s Mighty Five more than lived up to expectations. I enjoyed the scenery, the guided hikes and was comfortable with the pace at each stop. Our tour guide Michelle was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and shared a little of her family history growing up in the region. She also picked some excellent places to stop for lunches and dinners. We often had good views and good food — the best of both worlds. Hotel accommodations were super. I was one of nine guests on the tour. We made friendships that likely will last for some time. Can’t beat that.Show more

My wife and I booked the Mighty Five Tour for the end of September. Overall, the tour and the opportunity of seeing Zion, the Arches, The Grand Staircase, etc… was a very good experience for us. Kendra, our tour guide, was very pleasant and had a great personality for the seven days with us as a group of twelve. This was her first tour and not as knowledgeable as we had hoped for with the areas we visited. It would have been helpful to us and the rest of the group if the tour guide had knowledge of the surroundings, the special areas of interest, an historical perspective of Zion, Grand Staircase, the Arches, etc… This is not the fault of Kendra, rather, the onus is on the upper management that did not provide proper training for the tour guide. Many times it felt like she was just a driver not a tour guide. We fault the management for this. With training and guidance, Kendra will be a super tour guide on future tours. The tour van was super comfortable and with the Captains chairs. With that said, the hotel accommodations each night were admittedly very good, clean and comfortable. In fact, a few hotel rooms we wanted to stay another day or two. Most days we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm or later. By the time we settled in, looked for a place to have dinner, it was time to go to bed for an early departure the next morning, typically at 6:30 am . We would have preferred to arrive no later than 5 pm so we can enjoy the hotel room, amenities, and beautiful views some of these locations provided. The meals for breakfast, lunch, and two dinners were amazing and left us very satisfied. As a matter of fact, the Mighty Five Tour could be considered a food tour with a side of sightseeing and hiking. Bottom line: We are very pleased we experienced the Mighty Five tour and would recommend it to anyone who wants to see the amazing beauty of America.Show more
