Does everyone have a window seat in the sprinter van with captains chairs? We have some food allergies and prefer getting food where we know it's safe. We would primarily be doing this for photography, not so much social. Is that ok? No mixer type things in the van? On these longer jaunts between the parks, do you make stops for picture taking?

There is a seat by the window and a seat next to it, an aisle, and a single seat by the other window. We do ask that everyone changes seats daily to give each guest the opportunity to sit by a window. This tour is a pretty condensed tour, there are no hikes longer than one mile in length round trip with an accumulated hiking distance of about 3 miles throughout the day. The tour will stop between places if needed, but we do keep to a schedule so we can make it to each wonderful and iconic stop. The two of you may be more interested in our Mighty 5 Salt Lake City, it is a longer tour giving more time in each area.

Could you offer any discounts for this trip? Additionally, is it possible to accommodate a twin sharing room with the same gender?

We did not have a price increase. You guys had a sale on this tour and they are probably now seeing the original booking price. We do not have any sales going on through you at this time.

I am interested in a private or small group tour that is accommodating for a mobility scooter user.

What type of scooter do you have? Could you please provide us a picture. Our mighty 5 Salt Lake City does have a lot of hiking on this tour. I recommend the Mighty 5 Las Vegas. It has less activity. How far can you walk without the scooter?

Are there restrooms on the bus? I need to be on a bus with restrooms.

This isn't a bus tour its a small group departure not larger than 14 passengers.Unfortuantely we don't have bathrooms but we do have a bathroom route for each of our tours to provide the service that we need for our guests.

We do have availability on this tour. After making a deposit on our trip you will fill out customer information that will provide the bed type. You can choose between 1 bed king or queen or 2 beds queens or doubles.

Regarding your inquiry about the physical requirements, the tour includes hikes and walks of approximately 3 miles round trip, with a total daily distance of about 5 miles. Trails often involve uneven ground and elevation changes. Participants should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain for 1 to 3 miles at a time. Elevation gain and loss typically averages between 50 and 300 feet. Please also note that touring and overnight locations are situated between 6,000 and 8,000 feet above sea level.

What are tbe acvomodations in the lucury tour

For our Mighty 5 Salt Lake City Utah it is more of our luxury tour over our Mighty 5 Las Vegas. There is no other Mighty 5. If you want a more of a luxury tour than what we offer I recommend booking a custom private tour with one of our sales agents.

is there a lot of hiking how old are the people approximately? What rating is the accommodations?

There is 3-5 miles per day of hiking but never more than a mile at a time. The ages vary if you can share a date that you are interested in booking I can share the ages of the clients that are booked.

Is there a rest room available on the vehicle? do you have a senior rate?

The Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van we travel in does not have a restroom on board. We will make rest stops as needed during travel for restroom breaks.

There will be 16 of us, including 5 couples (aged 71-35), the same family and 6 children (aged 7-1). Means of transport: van with kitchen or camping car? Accommodation: motel, rental, B&B? Catering: simple or picnic lunch We've already been on many family trips around the world, eating on the roadside or at markets like the locals at lunchtime, for example, a flexible and dynamic family for some ? Visit Moab in Yellowstone Spend time on a horse ranch, l'homme qui.... style (we take care of our own horses in France), discovering life in nature. Why not 1 or 2 or 3 days with a guide, rafting for some... In short, it's up to you - we don't really have any preconceived ideas.

The itinerary was well-paced for a variety of abilities, and the fact that there were options for levels of difficulty ensured that all participants could get the most out of their experience. Our guide, Brandon, was truly the star of the trip. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge and provided thoughtful and thorough answers to any questions we asked him. He was able to "read" each of our strengths and limitations early on. Our tour guide Michelle was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and shared a little of her family history growing up in the region. She also picked some excellent places to stop for lunches and dinners. We often had good views and good food — the best of both worlds. Hotel accommodations were super.
