Is it really possible to fly from Tel Aviv, cross the border and have enough time to see the locations in Jordan?

Crossing the border takes 20-30 minutes. So you will have enough time to see Petra. The return flight to Tel-Aviv will be at about 21:00, so you will be at Tel-Aviv at 22:00.

I am interested in this tour but I don't see that the 6:30 am flight to Eilat for this day. Also, on your website one tour says it doesn't operate on Friday and Saturday. Would you be able to help me on this? Additionally, do you have any other Petra tours that offer flights from Tel Aviv?

On Fridays the earliest available flights are usually at 08:00 am, our driver upon landing picks you up from the Ramon airport, and drives you to the Arava border to cross to Jordan. As per this tours itinerary you would be back in Tel Aviv on a Sunday early evening time. We can offer different kinds of tour to Jordan in general including Petra. But, on TourRadar you cannot book a tour that lasts less then 3 days.

I am a solo traveller and was curious if this trip would be with a small group? Does this cost include the domestic flights?

Domestic flights are included in the tour! Regarding a group the size is until 55 people.

Is it possible to add a day or two in Eilat before the trip to Petra?

You can add a number of overnights pre or post-tour, we just need to know in advance for what days. Note that the tour includes only 1 transfer upon arrival and 1 transfer after the tour ends. If you want to arrive before the tour start, a driver can pick you up from the airport and drop you off at the hotel in Eilat. For the pickup day of the tour, you need to either add additional payment for transfer from the hotel to the border or arrive at the border between Israel and Jordan by yourself.

If on the last day of the tour instead of flying back to Tel Aviv we could stay an extra night in Eilat on the 11th and the cost of this?
