Rome
Check into your hotel in Rome and you'll have the afternoon and evening to yourself. Use the CosmosGO app to wander around the city at whatever pace works for you. Later tonight, you'll meet your Tour Director and the rest of the group.

- Day 2
Rome
Start the day at St. Peter's Square with a local guide who'll walk you through Rome's main landmarks. From there, you'll drive past the Tiber River, the Caius Cestius Pyramid, the Aurelian Walls, and the Caracalla Baths. Then it's time to walk from Circus Maximus all the way to the Arch of Constantine and finally the Colosseum.

- Day 3
Rome - Pisa - Florence
Your day starts with a drive through Tuscany's countryside, where you'll see rolling hills and vineyards spread across the landscape. The first stop is Pisa, and you'll take a mini-train ride to reach the Square of Miracles where the Leaning Tower stands. After exploring that area, you'll head east toward Florence. By late afternoon or evening, you'll arrive in Florence and get settled into your accommodation in this Renaissance capital.

Florence
Walk through Florence with a guide who'll show you the main attractions including Piazza Santa Croce, Signoria Square, and the 13th-century Palazzo Vecchio. You'll also see the Loggia dei Lanzi, and then head to the Duomo to check out Giotto's Gothic Bell Tower and the Baptistry with its famous bronze door called the Gate of Paradise.

Florence - Verona - Venice Area
You'll travel north across the Po River to reach Verona, the city famous for the Romeo and Juliet story. There's time to check out the ancient Roman Arena, which once hosted gladiator fights and now holds festivals and concerts throughout the year. You can browse shops along Via Mazzini or walk through the cobblestone streets in the older part of town. From there, you'll continue toward the Venice area for your overnight stay.

You'll take a boat ride to St. Mark's Square and visit a Venetian glassblowing workshop as part of the included orientation. After that, you'll have free time to wander around, grab a cappuccino or spritz at a café, or sign up for optional excursions if something interests you.
