Rome
Check into your hotel in Rome and you'll have the afternoon and evening to yourself. Use the CosmosGO app to wander around the city at whatever pace works for you. Later tonight, you'll meet your Tour Director and the rest of the group.

- Day 2
Rome
Start the day at St. Peter's Square with a local guide who'll walk you through Rome's main landmarks. From there, you'll drive past the Tiber River, the Caius Cestius Pyramid, the Aurelian Walls, and the Caracalla Baths. Then it's time to walk from Circus Maximus all the way to the Arch of Constantine and finally the Colosseum.

Rome to Florence
Head out through Tuscany's countryside with all those rolling hills, cypress trees, vineyards, and olive groves along the way. Stop in Pisa for a mini-train ride to the Square of Miracles to see the Leaning Tower. After that, continue east toward Florence. There's an optional culinary experience available if you want to try authentic Tuscan dishes and wine out in the countryside.

Florence
Walk through Florence with a guide who'll show you the main attractions including Piazza Santa Croce, Signoria Square, and the 13th-century Palazzo Vecchio. You'll also see the Loggia dei Lanzi, and then head to the Duomo to check out Giotto's Gothic Bell Tower and the Baptistry with its famous bronze door called the Gate of Paradise.

Florence to Venice
Head north across the Po River to Verona, the city from Romeo and Juliet. The ancient Roman Arena there still hosts festivals and concerts if you want to see it. Spend time shopping on Via Mazzini or walking the cobblestone streets. Later, travel toward Venice. An optional evening boat ride on the Giudecca Canal with dinner and a nighttime visit to St. Mark's Square is available.

Spend the day in Venice exploring its canals, gondolas, bridges, palaces, and squares. You'll take a boat ride to St. Mark's Square and visit a Venetian glassblowing workshop as part of the included orientation. After that, you'll have free time to wander around, grab a cappuccino or spritz at a café, or sign up for optional excursions if something interests you.
