  Is free WIFI available throughout the ship? Are there choices for lunch/dinner, how many? Are there large windows in all the rooms? Are there free transfers from the airports to the hotel and then from the ship to the airport at the end? Do we need Visas are are Passports good enough.? Do the excursions come with the price ir are they additional?

    Wi-Fi: Free wi-fi is available on all CroisiEurope ships throughout the fleet. Meals: Day begins with continental breakfast buffet, with pastries, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juice, breads, jams, cold meats, eggs, fresh fruits and yogurts. Lunch and dinner served at fixed times in one service. Transfers: No free arrival/departure transfers, can be requested at extra cost. Visas: Most travelers require visas to enter certain countries. Shore excursions are included in the price - can pick Classic or Discovery Package.

  Is there a single supplement? How much? How many people are booked on this trip? Is there a min needed for it to be a guanteed go? Can I select my room on the river boat? Which airport do I fly out of?

    Solo travellers must pay a single supplement. Cabins on the Upper deck are sold out. We have availability on the main deck (3 cabins) and middle deck (2 cabins). The ship will sail no matter how many travellers have booked, since it's almost sold out there will be around 132 guests onboard. You can fly to Humberto Delgado Airport, Lisbon and out of Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, Porto.

  Can I use a mobility scooter on boat and on tours?

    We do not allow the use of a mobility scooter onboard our ships, and during embarkation and disembarkation. On the shore excursions, some of the buses and places they visit may not be adapted for mobility scooters. For passengers who want to bring a mobility aid, we recommend a cane, a walker or a collapsible wheelchair that can be easily stored in their cabin.

    No, in cruises it's not a common practice to pair up travellers, it usually only happens on land tours. In this case, you will be assigned to a solo cabin and will be required to pay an extra single supplement fee.

    Babies are very welcome on board. CroisiEurope does not charge anything for Babies up to 2 years. For children over 1 year old, remember to book age-appropriate menus at the time of booking. For your comfort, we can warm baby bottles and food for your children.

    Croisi Europe River Cruises allows babies on all their river cruises in Europe. They also mentioned it's possible to have the baby even during excursions that you want to participate in. It's also important to note that the excursions will involve a degree of walking, climbing stairs.
