  I have booked this tour but I cannot see it under my bookings and there is no email in my inbox on Tour Radar and I cannot read your message and tour confirmation.

    The booking may not be visible in your account if the booking was made under a different email address, or the email address was mistyped during the booking process. We can help resolve this by locating the booking in our system and either linking it to the correct TourRadar account so it appears under Your Bookings, or re-send your confirmation and our message so you can access everything.

    There is limited space on our mini-coaches, so luggage is restricted. Each passenger is entitled to one 20kg (44lbs) bag - this should be one piece of luggage, similar to an airline cabin bag - plus one small bag for personal items. Please ensure you can lift and carry your own luggage without assistance.

    As for the rates for 2027-28 season, we are planning to release them later this summer. We expect for the ititnerary, accommodation, and tour inclusions to stay the same as they are now on the tour page. If there are any changes introduced for the new season, the customer will be able to access those in the upgraded tour description once it's launched.

    If you mean a single room, the rates for the tour of your choosing will be provided in the calendar on the tour page on TourRadar. If you inquiry referred to en-suite facilities, all of our rooms come with bathrooms within the room, and breakfast included in the price.
    
    Regarding the 3-day trip to Snowdownia (that used depart from Manchester), it does not operate anymore, however we visit Wales, including Snowdonia, on the 5-day Discover Wales Small-Group Tour from London, bookable on TourRadar, as well. We still have availbility for this tour departing on the 14th of September.

    I am checking on the en-suite facilities as it mentioned the cost for a double room occumpancy as ~$1200. I couldn't locate the cost for the 5-day Wales tour with a single room occupancy (ok to have a shared bathroom).

    The tour departs from and returns to the London Greenline Coach Terminal, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London, SW1W 9SH (note this is NOT Victoria Coach/Bus Station).

    The trip departs Green Line Coach Station at 09:15 hrs, with check-in at 09:00 hrs. The drop-off is planned for 19:00 hrs - bear in mind, this is just an approximation. If you are making further plans, please allow for at least 30-minute window after this approximate end time.

    We should be able to accommodate the walker, as long as it's lightweight (up to 20kg and 22in x 17in x 10in). Please let us know the dimensions and weight of the mobility aid once you decide to book, and we will leave adequate notes for the driver-guide on tour. Please, bear in mind that our staff are not able to offer physical assistance when boarding or disembarking from the buses or at any point during the tour. Guests should be comfortable getting on and off the bus and lifting, loading and carrying personal luggage (including mobility aids) on their own or with the assistance of a travelling companion. Whilst walks, attractions, and activities are optional, alternatives may not always be available, and passengers unfortunately cannot stay on the vehicle unattended. Some attractions on the tour may only be accessible on foot. To make the most of our tours, it's recommended that you and your mother are comfortable standing and walking up to 1 mile (15-20 minutes) at a time on varied terrain which may include hills, stairs, cobblestones, narrow passageways and uneven ground. Again if either of you decide to opt out or take a break at any point, that's not an issue at all, but we just want to make sure you're aware of the level of accessibility on our tours. For attraction accessibility, we recommed checking each provider's website, as they share a lot of accessibility details there.

    You are welcome to join the tour at any of the pre-scheduled stops, but please note given where we go on this tour, the easiest (and earliest) stop you could join is in Aberystwyth - where we stay the first night. You could get yourself there and join on the morning of day 2. Please note, we cannot offer discounts for parts of the tour missed by your own choice - since the seats would have to be held for you no matter when you join. So you would pay full price for the tour.
    
    Please note though, it's easier to get from Liverpool to London (about 2 hours on the train) than it is to anywhere in Wales (eg 4.5 hours to Aberystwyth). So, personally, I would get yourself from Liverpool to London on the 18th of June and you could join the tour that starts in London on 20th June?

    Yeah you are correct, if departing on the 20th of June your tour will return on the 25th of June so as you mentioned will probably be cutting in too fine to make you flight from Heathrow.
