Can we meet you on the trip in North Wales somewhere? We will land in Liverpool on 18/6/26 from Ireland. If this is possible could you please let me know where we could meet you and what the cost would be?

You are welcome to join the tour at any of the pre-scheduled stops, but please note given where we go on this tour, the easiest (and earliest) stop you could join is in Aberystwyth - where we stay the first night. You could get yourself there and join on the morning of day 2. Please note, we cannot offer discounts for parts of the tour missed by your own choice - since the seats would have to be held for you no matter when you join. So you would pay full price for the tour. Please note though, it's easier to get from Liverpool to London (about 2 hours on the train) than it is to anywhere in Wales (eg 4.5 hours to Aberystwyth). So, personally, I would get yourself from Liverpool to London on the 18th of June and you could join the tour that starts in London on 20th June?

What is the name of the 2 hotels in London that you have recommended for a stay before and after the trip?

Can we get ground floor(or closest to it) accommodation? Robyn uses a cane.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel up to 21 days before the departure date - you will get a 90% refund on the tour itself. Please note that accommodation providers that we use may have different cancellation polices that we could not confirm until the time of booking.

We were looking for a tour that includes taking the train to the top of Mt Snowdon and stopping at Portmerion as well as Conway and the other castle there. We arrive in London and would like a 5 day tour. Do you have anything that includes those?

This particular tour does not include these sites I am afraid. Would you consider booking a private tour instead? That way we can tailor the itinerary to your interests.

Does the travel insurance & cancellation insurance option cover both persons in my group? Or is it double the price listed?

The travel protection covers all travelers included in your booking. Once you have completed all necessary information, you can proceed to the "Travel Protection" section where you'll see the total price for all travelers on this tour.

Can we be dropped at Heathrow airport on September 4th and what time?

Unfortunately, we don't offer airport transfers or drop offs. The tour will return to the same location where it started. We are not able to offer alternative drop off points due to logistical reasons.

Is the cog wheel train part of the trip to Snowdomia?

A train journey is not part of this tour. On Day 2, the tour will drive through the mountainous Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, with various stops along the way, before reaching Harlech for the lunch stop and a visit to the castle.

Do you ever waive the solo fee?

I'm afraid we are not able to waive our single supplement fee. If you are booking this tour as a solo passenger, you will need to pay the extra fee. This is normally because Hotels charge extra for single rooms.

I have been waiting to book this trip for May 2026. I was told you would have dates open in June. When will they be open?

We have not yet released our tour schedule for 2026. We are hoping to have this done in the next few weeks so please check back with us around then for an update.

  Yeah you are correct, if departing on the 20th of June your tour will return on the 25th of June so as you mentioned will probably be cutting in too fine to make you flight from Heathrow.

  That is almost $100 a day. That is excessive. Do you have any discounts that can apply? I booked several single day tours while in Scotland so I have used you before. Being penalized for being a widow is unfair.
