Thank you very much for travelling with us and for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback. We are delighted to hear that the Travel Director looked after you so well and that her knowledge and time management helped make your journey smooth and enjoyable. It is equally wonderful to know that the Coach Driver provided excellent service and showed great care towards elderly travellers getting on and off the coach. We will also be sure to pass on your kind words to the local guide in Quebec City, who will be pleased to know their explanations were clear and informative. We appreciate your comments regarding the local guide in Montreal. We understand how important clear communication is, and we are sorry that this part of the experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will be shared with our local partners to ensure this is reviewed. Thank you as well for highlighting your concerns about the hotel in Quebec City. We understand how the location and surrounding construction impacted your stay, and we agree that convenience and ease of access to the old town are important for our guests. Your suggestion will certainly be taken into consideration when planning future stays. We also appreciate your observation about some departures being earlier than necessary. Adjusting timings to better suit the day’s activities is something we continually review, and your insights are very helpful. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed visiting Quebec City, Ottawa and Niagara Falls, as they are indeed remarkable destinations. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you very much for travelling with us and for sharing your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the hotels comfortable and that the Travel Director looked after you so well. It is wonderful to know that her knowledge, humour and clarity enhanced your experience. We are equally delighted that the Coach Driver made such a positive impression with his calm driving, friendliness and thoughtful gestures. We appreciate your comments regarding the hotel in Quebec City. We understand how its location, along with the surrounding construction, made it inconvenient, and we are sorry for the impact this had on your stay. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our accommodation team for review. Thank you also for highlighting the pace of the itinerary and the early morning starts. We recognise that some days can feel rushed, and your observations will certainly help us assess where adjustments may be beneficial. We are glad that you enjoyed the guide in Quebec City and found their commentary clear and informative. We are, however, sorry that the guide in Montreal was difficult to understand and that this affected your enjoyment. This will be passed on to our local partners to ensure improvements are considered. It is lovely to hear that Niagara, Ottawa and Quebec were highlights for you. Your thoughts on Kingston and Montreal are also appreciated, and they will be taken into account when reviewing future itinerary planning. Thank you once again for travelling with us and for offering such thoughtful insights. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the excursions during your trip. We thank you for your feedback about the Optional Experiences and know that our future travellers will also. However, Optional Experiences are for those wanting to encounter as much as possible while allowing others the freedom to experience a destination independently; these experiences are not mandatory and will only ever be booked at the client’s discretion. We also appreciate your view that clearer guidance and printed options would have enhanced your time when not taking part in these activities. Your suggestion of providing maps and meeting points is very helpful, and we will ensure it is passed on to the relevant team for consideration. We truly value your comments and apologise that your experience did not fully meet expectations in this regard. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your perspective, which helps us to continue improving for the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We are thrilled that our On The Road Team added value to your guided vacation. However, we are sorry that not all aspects of the tour met your expectations. We understand that reliable Wi-Fi is important during travel. While we aim to provide complimentary Wi-Fi in most countries, it's important to note that it may not be available in all locations. The Wi-Fi on our motorcoaches operates on the mobile phone network, which means the connection may be slower than standard broadband and, at times, may not be available. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Alternatively, we recommend guests purchase a local SIM card upon arrival in the region they will be visiting. This information is available for all clients on the website under Booking Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions. Thank you for your feedback.

On Day 4 in Ottawa, is it being paid or part of free time? And on Day 3, going to Kingston, would there be a transfer?

    Tour Details
    Transport
    • CostsaverOperatorWritten May 2025

On Day 4 in Ottawa, the sightseeing is included in your itinerary, meaning it's part of the planned and covered activities. If you want to clarify how the morning will unfold, you can check in with the travel director, who can provide details on the planned schedule. After that, there will be free time, during which the travel director may offer some choice experiences that you can choose to participate in. On Day 3, you'll be departing Campbell's Orchard approximately 11:00 AM and arriving in Kingston around 12:10 PM. Since this transfer is included in your itinerary, it means transportation is already accounted for, so there shouldn't be any need for separate arrangements.
