Meeting points: Our Italy tours are fully guided. Meeting points are only required for pre-booked optional excursions, as stated in the trip document. Merging with other groups: Our programme descriptions note that excursions may occasionally be combined with other groups, we understand this can affect the feel of the experience. We have passed this feedback on. Padua: We have reviewed the itinerary and Padua does not appear as a listed destination. We would be happy to look into this further if you can share where you saw it referenced. Florence hotel: The hotel is located in the city centre. Venice hotel: The hotel is in Mestre, as advertised. Staying on the island of Venice would significantly increase costs for all travellers. We are glad the sights and several of the guides left a positive impression, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We will use your feedback to continue improving.
