  Ephesus can be added to the cruise part for the cost of 110USD per person. It is optional. Concerning the cave hotel upgrade, normally your hotel is a 4-star standard hotel. Cave hotels are luxury small boutique hotels constructed in the volcanic rocks. e.g. Google Yunak Evi or Dere Suite Cappadocia. The upgrade include the supplement for two nights at one of these hotels inc. breakfast and dinner

  We are back to two now, but need twin share. Spacious rooms sounds very good as we have not shared a room before. We have not finalised our dates at the moment, but are looking at June or September.
