Yes, we can offer exactly the itinerary your group is requesting. Package price is 2,850 USD per person, which includes hotels, transfers, and train ticket from Madrid to Barcelona. We also have optional activity packages including tours of Toledo, Madrid, Barcelona (Sagrada Familia), Montserrat, and a Tuscany day trip from Rome.

Does a 14 year old count as a child, or as an adult?

For our tours, a 14-year-old is considered an adult, as they require their own bed in the hotel rooms. Because of this, they are counted and priced as an adult traveler.

We are looking for a Spanish travel agency to organize a tourist tour of Barcelona and Madrid from August 05 to August 20 for a group of 10 people maximum whose age range is between 06 and 18 years.

Our tours are pre-designed and follow set itineraries, and we do not currently offer private or tailor-made arrangements. Additionally, our tours are designed for travelers aged between 12 and 80 years old, so we would not be able to host participants younger than 12.

Do you offer a land package only?

We are not involved to book flights. We recommend you to explore flights or skyscanner for the flight option. Please let me know your trip date to be able to quote this tour for you. Will you be travelling solo or with a travel partner?

If three guest wants to stay in one room. Can that be accommodated?

This tour cannot accommodate 3 adults in the same room except for it is a family. Usually the third bed is a folding bed or sofa bed which is not comfortable as normal bed in the room. In case they agree, we can request such room from the hotels. Otherwise 1 double room + 1 single room will be more convenient.

Is the guide available in both Spanish and English? Would you recommend this tour for two 75-year-old ladies who move well and are used to walking? Is it not too strenuous?

Could you confirm: 1. Are breakfasts the only meals included during tour days (except first day)? 2. Are entrance tickets to visited sites included? 3. What is the cost of optional activities like Flamenco? What other activities should my clients consider? 4. If my clients are not staying at Melia Castilla, is there no transportation from their hotel?

This was the ideal tour for a couple traveling to Spain for the first time who wanted to see as much as possible in a week. We flew in two days before the tour started to spend time in Madrid, which is a wonderful city. Our tour turned out to be quite small (four couples at the outset), and we were the only Americans (two Argentinian couples and a Mexican couple), which added to the experience (though we initially missed out on some instructions, one of the other travelers taught teachers of English and spoke perfect BBC-accented English). We've been on larger tours and a private tour before, and this tour was in the sweet spot for size and pace.Show more

  1- The trip is suitable for people of all ages. It is a well-balanced tour. 2- The tour is conducted in Spanish and English. Our bus guide speaks both languages. 3- Daily breakfast (except day 1, which is included. Total: 6 breakfasts). 4- Entrance tickets to sites mentioned in the program are included. 5- Our guide sells optional activities like flamenco, which can be paid on the spot. They usually cost between 40 and 60 euros per person. 6- Pick-up and return service on days 1 and 7 is not included. Your clients will need to make their own way to our designated meeting point. Note that it's not always Meliá Castilla. This will be indicated in the travel documentation.
