What is the average age group for a tour like this? My client loves to walk but has a hard time on uneven surfaces, large staircases or hilly terrain. I wanted to make sure she won't have a problem or alternatives can be provided for her for this tour. All the admission tickets to the sites are included in the costs correct?

Unfortunately, since COVID, we no longer pair solo travelers together. If she wishes to join this tour, her accommodation will need to be in a single room. For this trip, the mainland portion (Athens and the guided 3-day mainland tour) is with a guide and a group. However, the island portion is independent. We handle all logistics, such as transfers from ferries to hotels, but there is no group or guide on the islands. On Day 1, she will be picked up from the airport by our driver/assistant, who will also help her check in at the hotel. There is no group orientation that day; she will meet the guide and group during the guided tours. While the majority of participants are 60+, we have people from all ages. As my colleague Alex mentioned, she should find the trip manageable: The Athens guided visit includes a bus sightseeing tour, the Acropolis, and its museum. Athens is flat and easy to navigate on foot. The mainland portion is an escorted tour, with visits that are well-paced. The guide will provide any necessary assistance. For the Santorini stay, we'll ensure she is accommodated on the East Coast, where there are beaches and areas that are easy to walk around. Yes, all admission tickets to the sites are included in the tour cost.

When we first got to Greece, a driver met us at the airport and transported us directly to the hotel Athenabum Smart Hotel. Elias met us at the front desk, stating that he had been waiting there for over thirty minutes- as if that was our fault. He led us directly over to the lobby table and quickly, too quickly ran over the agenda for the next 11 days. We were all tired and suffering from jet lag and he covered everything too fast.   I wanted to ask when I read through the information about the 11 days best of Greece - At the end of the day 4 itinerary it says that we will transfer to Mykonos. The next day - day 5 it says we are in Kalambaka ...? Mykonos is day 7...? Please explain this discrepancy...
