For all travellers' convenience, we give the first and last day are free day so that noone miss out any tour. We hope you understand that. 2. On the second page of your itinerary, we clearly state all essential information for your conference such as flight number, hotel check in/check out, room type, bus duration... Hence, your statement was untrue. 3. In related to no meal provided, we provided meals almost everyday except free days and flight/bus days. On the day from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap, you travelled by public bus (no guide) which we could not interfere and bring you to eat somewhere. Additionally, there were 2 stops during the journey for lunch break and dinner break for your convenience. We are operating independent tour in which tour guide does not follow you 24 hour and you arrange your own things on free days. Hope you understand that. 4. 4pm flight was a reasonable flight schedule. You did not need to wake up early for the flight and wait very long for checkin next hotel. We sent you to airport just an hour after check out time. Once arrive, you could check in your hotel without any delay. Besides, for all international flights, you have to be at the airport 3 hours prior to your schedule. Our apology as this tour is not as packed as your expected. This is a joined group tour and we have to create a acceptable tour for all age.

      what's the 13 hour bus ride like? is there an option to fly? What about food and bathrooms on the bus? is there an option to add Mondulkiri elephant tour on to the itinerary?

      1. You can replace into flight by surcharge. 2. You will have bedrooms/ toilets at the bus stops, foods can be bought in bus stops as well. 3. I am afraid that we can not add to Mondulkiri elephant. Because it is quite far from Siem Reap and this tour is not available. 4. If you book this tour on that day (2 August, 2024), you would need to pay double to operate the tour, because up to now, no one has signed with this tour on that day and our tours reuqire minimum of 2 pax to operate.
