I had a very poor experience with this tour company and would not book with them again. This was not a pre-listed...
I had a very poor experience with this tour company and would not book with them again. This was not a pre-listed tour, but a custom/specialized itinerary that was still being put together at the time of booking. After booking, I attempted to finalize essential details such as pre-days, pricing, inclusions, and payment status. Unfortunately, I received inconsistent and unclear information, and material details could not be confirmed despite multiple attempts. Within less than two days, it became clear that the itinerary and costs were not finalized and that representations were changing. Due to these unresolved issues, I canceled promptly and well before the scheduled departure date. Despite no services being rendered and the booking being canceled almost immediately, the company attempted to impose significant cancellation penalties rather than acknowledge that the itinerary had never been finalized. This experience felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. I would strongly caution others against booking unless everything is fully confirmed in writing beforehand. Transparency and clear communication were lacking, and resolving issues after booking was extremely difficult.Show more

This was the trip of a lifetime thanks in part to the wonderful organization of Elizabeth and others at Booking-tours. Our driver and guide on most of the journey, Ja'afar - Mr. "See you Tomorrow" shared tons of knowledge about Jordan and the sites we visited which helped me understand a lot more about Jordanian culture. Mohamed's passion and love of Petra were evident during our tour of Petra. The highlight of the trip was in Wadi Rum. The Jeep tour exceeded all my expectations, it was an unforgettable experience. The dinner, sharing with a small group of like-minded people, dancing with other groups, made this a bonding experience. Of course, the star-gazing was like nothing I have seen before! I will treasure the pictures Ja'afar took with his professional camera during our Wadi Rum adventure. I enjoyed the small group and recommend this trip to women and others traveling alone. You will not go wrong with Booking-tours!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Booking Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
