- Day 1
Riga
You'll arrive in Riga and get transferred to your hotel for check-in. Stop by the front desk to pick up your tour maps, which have all the details about your program and route descriptions for the days ahead.

- Day 2
Riga
Start the morning with a 2-hour guided walking tour through Riga Old Town, where you'll see medieval Hanseatic architecture mixed with famous Art Nouveau buildings. For the afternoon and evening, you have options: either explore more of Riga on your own, or cycle out to Jurmala, a seaside resort with long sandy beaches and healing mineral waters. If you head to Jurmala, you'll return to Riga by local train in the evening.

Riga to Pärnu
A morning bus will take you to the Estonian border, and from there you'll start cycling along the Baltic Coast. The route passes quiet coves, sand beaches, and wetlands where you might spot various birds and wildlife. By the end of the day you'll reach Pärnu, Estonia's summer capital, and check into your hotel.

Landmarks Pärnu - Day 4
Pärnu to Kuressaare
You'll take a morning bus transfer to Saaremaa, Estonia's largest island. Once there, cycle through rural roads that are quiet and mostly flat. Along the way, stop at Angla's iconic windmills and the Kaali meteorite crater, which ranks among the world's largest. Finish the day in Kuressaare, Saaremaa's capital, where you'll check in for a 2-night stay.

- Day 5
Kuressaare
Spend the full day cycling across Saaremaa Island's wild countryside. You'll head out to Sorve Peninsula where there's a lighthouse to see. If you're interested, there's time to visit Kuressaare itself to check out one of the Baltics' best preserved medieval Episcopal Castles from the 13th century.

Kuressaare to Tallinn
After a morning bus transfer back to mainland Estonia, you'll cycle along the Baltic coast passing Keila-Joe waterfall and Türisalu coastal cliffs. Your bike ride ends in Tallinn where you'll check into your hotel. In the evening, join a guided walking tour of Tallinn's medieval Old Town.

- Day 7
Tallinn
Following a short minibus transfer, you'll do a circular bicycle ride through Lahemaa National Park, one of the last unspoiled regions along the Baltic coast. The park has dense woods, marshes, lakes and waterfalls, and it's home to moose, wild boars and over 220 bird species. After cycling, check in at your hotel in the park area.

- Day 8
Lahemaa to Tartu
A morning bus takes you to Mustvee to begin a pleasant bicycle trip along Peipsi Lake shore toward Varnja. Peipsi is Europe's 4th largest lake, split by the Russian border. You'll pass through many fishing villages along the way. Later, continue by bus to Tartu, a historic university town founded in 1632, and check in to your hotel.

Tartu to Sigulda
After a short bus transfer to Otepää, a nice area with many lakes, you'll cycle through the so-called 'Estonian Switzerland' heading toward Sangaste. That town's known for its 19th century romantic castle built in the Windsor Palace style. From there cross into Latvia and head to Sigulda, stopping in Cesis along the way to see the medieval old town.

Sigulda to Riga
Cycle through Gauja National Park with beautiful views of the Gauja River valleys. You'll see Gutmana Cave and the ruins of 13th century Crusaders Castle in Sigulda, plus Turaida Castle. Your ride finishes at the Baltic seacoast in Saulkrasti where you can optionally check out the Latvian bicycle museum. That afternoon you'll transfer back to Riga for hotel check-in and free time.
