Accommodations: For our 5-day tour, we typically provide private rooms. However, please let us know your specific preferences for "shared accommodations," and we will see what options are available for your departure on April 7th.

What time would you advise to arrive in Phnom Pehn on the first day of the tour?

To make the most of your first day in Phnom Penh, we recommend arriving in the morning, ideally before noon. This will give you enough time to check in to your hotel and join the afternoon's sightseeing activities, which include visits to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and National Museum.

Is it too late for the activities for the first day? What time would the first day activity normally start?

The first day of the tour in Phnom Penh is considered a free day for you to relax after your journey. There are no scheduled activities planned for the day, so your arrival time of around 2:30-3:00 PM is perfectly fine. You will have plenty of time to transfer to your hotel, check in, and get settled before the tour officially begins the next morning.

When does the trip begin on November 3rd? If I stay an extra day and night after the trip in Siem Reap, would it be possible for me to keep the same hotel room (paying for it separately of course)?

The tour officially begins on November 3rd. Upon your arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH), our representative will be there to meet you and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The tour activities will then kick off the following day 4th Nov. with a full day of exploration in Phnom Penh. Yes, it is certainly possible to extend your stay in Siem Reap after the tour concludes on Day 5. We would be happy to help you arrange this. You can keep the same hotel room for the extra night, and we will confirm availability and the separate cost with the hotel for you.

What should I prepare for when applying for a visa on arrival?

For a visa on arrival, prepare your passport, a visa application form, and passport-sized photos. Ensure you have the visa fee in cash, as it is necessary for the application.

What is the procedure for hotel pickups at the start of the tour?

Our representative will meet you at the airport upon your arrival and assist you to your hotel. Standard hotel check-ins and luggage storage options will be available if you arrive early.

Is it necessary to book international flights separately from the tour package?

Yes, international flights need to be booked separately as our customers come from different countries. It is your responsibility to arrange flights to meet at the starting location of the tour.

Do you book internal flight from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap? In what currency do I pay for this charge?

Is it possible to skip the Tuoi Sleng Genocide museum and meet the group afterwards? How much for 4 star hotel? What is the $249.00 local fee?

How early should I book the tour to ensure the best price?

Booking early is advised as it often secures you a better price and confirms your place on the tour, especially for peak travel seasons or special tour packages.

I am wondering how mobility-friendly this tour is? My client has issues with walking long distance, up-hill or has difficulty navigating stairs. Would this be suitable for him, or is it wheelchair friendly?

In the "Cambodia Highlights 5-Day Tour" package, there are no trekking activities, but there is some walking required for sightseeing in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. TourRadar did a good job organizing our airport pick-ups/transfers, hotels, tour programs that they committed to etc. in fact, we (my wife, 35 yr old daughter and I) were the only ones on the tour - it was like a private tour. The tours themselves were very good. The guides did everything within reason to accommodate us and adjust the tour to our liking. The hotels were good. The first hotel in Phnom Penh was excellent. The one in Siem Reap was very dated and not in an area that was very walkable to the surrounding area. We would have much rather had accommodations in a city center vs hotel row type area. While we essentially had a private tour, we were looking for interaction with others in this tour. Overall, I’d give them an 8/10 score - primarily for the hotel issue.Show more

Helpful kind guides had a great knowledge of the history and the local area especially for the best places to eat. They were attentive to our needs, changing times so we were walking in cooler temperature and taking regular breaks. Huge thanks today to Nee and driver 'Mr Black' in Siem Reap. The tour was amazing and went without a hitch. We were particularly impressed with our guides and our charming drivers. They knew so much and answered every question with such depth and insight, we feel we got the most of both Cambodia’s history and it’s beautiful culture. The pace of the tour was good, and we appreciate our guides being flexible for rests when it was too hot for us. In both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap our hotels were good. The only recurring issue was the beds in both hotels were really hard and uncomfortable. We had to ask for pillows and back support in both hotels- it only helped partially. Aside from that our experience was great!!Show more

The tour activities will then kick off the following day 4th Nov. with a full day of exploration in Phnom Penh. Yes, it is certainly possible to extend your stay in Siem Reap after the tour concludes on Day 5. We would be happy to help you arrange this. You can keep the same hotel room for the extra night, and we will confirm availability and the separate cost with the hotel for you.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Legend Travel Group will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
