  After Covid-19, this was truly the best trip we could have wished for! In just eight days we experienced the best of Vietnam and Cambodia – vibrant Hanoi, the magical Halong Bay cruise, exciting Ho Chi Minh City with Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta, and the breathtaking Angkor temples in Siem Reap. Our only regret is that we planned such a short time and could only get a quick view of these wonderful countries. We sincerely hope to come back and spend much more time here in the near future.   This trip started in Hanoi and ended in Siem Reap. Overall it was good but there was definitely opportunity for improvement. The good Danny . He met us at the hotel was very informative but we really didn’t see him after that. He was easily accessible on what’s app. The hotels in HoChiMin and Siem reap were nice we upgraded to the “5* package” we paid extra for the ship upgrade as well for a balcony in Halong Bay but that trip wasn’t really a cruise you sailed to the middle of the bay and anchored with a bunch of other boats! Not the best view! The tour guide in siem reap mr sith was amazing ! Now for the bad. The “5* hotel in Hanoi” du PARC was horrible ! The ac didn’t work mold in the bathrooms horrible mattresses old dusty carpet! The internal flights we paid extra for were poorly timed! The itinerary says get to ho chi min and siem reap in the evening and enjoy the night to yourself. We landed late at both cities and got to the hotel at 1 am! Didn’t have time to enjoy the cities at night and exhausted for the excursions in the morning! Talked to Danny about this and he gave us $20 back! Angkor Wat and Mekong delta were awesome! Vietnam and Cambodia were amazing. Would do again but spend more time in Cambodia and less in Hanoi the people were amazing!Show more

Regarding your stay at Hotel du Parc Hanoi, we apologize that the room did not meet your expectations. During Tet, hotels are often at full capacity, and while we attempted to arrange one of the last available rooms, it did not fulfill your needs. We generally receive positive feedback for this hotel, particularly as many of our clients are upgraded to higher room categories during non-peak seasons. We will continue to monitor feedback closely to ensure that any such issues are addressed. We also apologize for the experience on the Paradise Elegant Cruises. The cabin you received was a free upgrade, and we regret that the cabin did not have a balcony as initially expected. We refunded you for the difference as there were no available balcony cabins at the time. We understand this was disappointing, and we appreciate your patience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time in Siem Reap with Mr. Sith and the Mekong Delta and Angkor Wat tours.   Really well organized company with an interesting system to arrange their tours that is super helpful to a lot of tourists - Legend Tours has many different itineraries throughout south east Asia and to make sure that you can basically start your tour every day, you do not stick to one group but are on a tour with the people who have that activity on that day - In our case, we met some lovely people on our first activities and additionally had a private tour for the last few days of our itinerary. Everything was super well organized including all airport and Hotel Pick ups - last but not least: there is no way we would have been able to see and experience so many things in such a brief period if it wasn’t for the great organization!! I can fully recommend the provider and the tours they offer.Show more
