Itinerary
- Day 1
Split to Stomorska, Island Šolta
You'll get picked up from your hotel or airport and then sail out to Šolta island, pulling into the charming town of Stomorska for your first night. Before dinner, there's a stop at Kaštelanac, a family-run farm and vineyard where you can taste their rosé and red wines made from the Dobričić grape. They also have olive oils, traditional Dalmatian liquors, cheeses, and local specialties on offer.

Landmarks Kaštelanac Stomorska - Day 2
Stomorska to Bol, Island Brač
The boat heads to Brač island and the town of Bol. After a day on the water, you'll do an olive oil tasting at a restaurant right in an olive orchard and learn how they make the oil both the old way and modern methods. There's a stone gallery next featuring work by a respected Croatian artist, then lunch at a local place known for lamb. The evening wraps up with wine tasting at an award-winning winery where you'll try three different red wines.

Landmarks Bol - Day 3
Bol to Stari Grad, Island Hvar
Sailing continues to Stari Grad on Hvar island where you'll visit Agro tourism Pharos in a UNESCO protected area. This is a four-course meal paired with wine, featuring traditional Dalmatian food like three different olive oils, cheese, prosciutto, salted and marinated fish, and peka (slow-cooked meat cooked in a covered bell). After eating, you get to tour the estate to see the wine cellars, vineyards, and where they grow local produce.

Landmarks Stari Grad Agro tourism Pharos - Day 4
Stari Grad to Sv. Nedelja, Island Hvar
The journey continues south on Hvar to Sv. Nedelja where you'll visit one of Plenkovic's cellars. What makes this winery unique is it sits below sea level. The basement has an aquarium with fish inside, lots of barrels and barriques stacked around, and a collection of their award-winning wines. Plenkovic holds the record as Croatia's most decorated winery, including a gold medal from Decanter in London for their Pošip wine.

- Day 5
Sv. Nedelja to Vis, Island Vis
Sailing heads south to Vis island for a gastro-sightseeing tour that focuses on what the island's known for food-wise. You'll try barbecued sardines, fish made in the traditional Dalmatian brudet style, grilled lamb, salted fish pie with tomatoes and sardines, and fresh salads with seafood. Part of the day includes visiting the vineyards and old stone houses where families have kept their traditional cooking methods going for generations.

Landmarks Vis - Day 6
Vis to Bobovišća, Island Brač
After breakfast, you'll sail back north toward Split with one last stop at Bobovišća on Brač island. Senjkovic winery sits here, and it's considered one of the top wine producers on the Dalmatian islands with vineyards all around it. You'll taste several wines that are paired with food, learn about how they make the wine, walk through their vineyards, and soak in the atmosphere for your final evening.

Landmarks Senjkovic winery Bobovišća - Day 7
Bobovišća to Kaštel and Split
This is a more relaxed day set aside for swimming and water activities before sailing to Split via Kaštel. Split is Dalmatia's capital city with roots going back 1,700 years and centers around Diocletian's Palace. The city's on UNESCO's protected list and has about 200,000 people living there, known for its warm Mediterranean vibe and its local reputation as one of the world's most beautiful cities.

Split Departure
After breakfast and saying goodbye to your crew, you'll get transferred back to your hotel or airport to head home.
