Day 6: 55 km / 34 miles, with ~450 m / 1,475 ft elevation gain. Day 7: 70 km / 44 miles, with ~800 m / 2,625 ft elevation gain. Day 8: 70 km / 44 miles, with ~300 m / 985 ft elevation gain. Yes, we can definitely help arrange a room share if you have a friend also booked on the same trip. We'll just need consent from both of you before we can confirm the arrangement. At the moment, we don't have any special discounts available for past Intrepid travellers, but we'll certainly keep you posted if anything comes up.

  If my friend decides not to go, can you still match me with a roommate? I know that was done on my prior Intrepid trip. Also, I sleep with a c-pap. Are there sufficient outlets in the rooms?

  If you select our twin room option, then yes — we can pair you with another traveller of the same gender, just like on your previous Intrepid trip. However, regarding your medical condition and use of a CPAP machine, we kindly ask that you provide us with a few more details.

  I have sleep apnea. I use a c-pap, which is a pretty quiet machine, so that I don't snore. I have done several bike trips, and have taken my portable machine with me on each of them. I don't have any medication to use with the machine, and no medication that needs to be refrigerated. The c-pap needs to be plugged into an outlet, and the voltage isn't a problem with an adapter (unlike a nebulizer, which is a much more powerful machine). The leader need not know about the machine. If you believe that I should use a single supplement, how much would that cost?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
