  We saw an incredible amount of sights but the days were very long. Bags outside the door at 7am and on bus by 8am....
  We saw an incredible amount of sights but the days were very long. Bags outside the door at 7am and on bus by 8am. Sometimes not back until 8:30 pm. St. Ives was like the Jersey shore. Far too commercial. Would have preferred Port Wenn. Wonderful group of people. Guide was very good but walked too fast. But indeed very caring and lots of fun!!Show more

We sincerely regret to learn that your overall experience was anything short of exceptional, given that the complete satisfaction of our guests is an absolute priority. At times, ensuring that we take our guests to the amazing attractions outlined in our itineraries can mean lengthier periods on the road, as well as some early starts. However, we recognise that holidays are also meant for relaxing, and as such, we have shared your comments with our Product Development Department to establish what potential improvements we might make to this particular schedule. Furthermore, We regret to read that there were certain sights not included in our itinerary that you would have liked to have experienced. Our detailed itineraries can be found on the Trafalgar website, in our brochure and in the information pack that was sent to you prior to the start of the trip. We do encourage our guests to familiarise themselves with these so as to avoid any potential disappointment once the trip is already underway. Nevertheless, we have passed along your suggestions for an alternative sightseeing experience to our Operations Team for their consideration going forward. Still, we are happy to know that you felt well cared for by our dedicated Travel Director and that you enjoyed your time spent with your fellow guests. With the above said, we still hope that you have taken lots of lasting highlights from your time away with us.
