  Can you confirm our lodging in Madrid for this trip starting on 31 May? I'm trying lodging for the two days before (29 & 30 May)... Also, what optional extra tour excursions will there be on this trip? And how do we sign up and pay for them?

    If we stay somewhere else (nearer the city center) on the 29 & 30 and then take a taxi to the meeting point at 10:00 on 31 May as per your schedule, will there be a place to secure our luggage until check-in time at E-Killbrio later that day?

    If you choose to stay somewhere closer to the city center on 29 & 30 May and then travel to the meeting point at 10:00 on 31 May, there is usually a lobby area at the meeting location where luggage can be stored. However, please note that this depends on the hotel's policies and we cannot guarantee full storage or security of bags.
    
    We recommend confirming with the hotel directly regarding luggage storage options to ensure your belongings are safe until your check-in.

    Our tours have a recommended minimum age of 10 years. Travellers under 10 are not accepted unless formally requested in writing for review. If you would like us to consider an exception, please send a formal written request including: the child's full name and date of birth, confirmation of parental accompaniment, understanding of tour challenges, and assurance the child can fully participate without impacting group enjoyment or safety.

    Please note that the tour departure from 3 May to 9 May 2026 is a set departure date. However, your client is more than welcome to arrive a day prior to the tour start. This can actually be helpful to ensure a smooth transition and allow them to join the tour comfortably on the first day.

    Would it be possible to know the name of the hotel where we will be staying on the first and last day of the tour? This would help me estimate the travel time to and from the airport. Also, would it be possible to book an extra night at these hotels? Since the tour starts on August 24, I would be interested in staying the night of August 23. Likewise, I would like to know if it's possible to stay an extra night on August 30. Could you please let me know if this is possible and how much each night would cost individually?
