Are any meals included? What time does our day start each day?

We are not offering any meals on this tour. you will be able get your meals at the local hotels or the Tour Director may be able to direct you as to where you can get some meals. The Tour Director will also give you a detailed day to day itinerary.

Do I need any sort of Visa to go to Niagara Falls in the USA for one day

As this tour visits the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, you do not require a U.S. Visa for this tour. This 1 to 9 Sep 2023 departure that you have enquired about is currently coming in at $2,209.00 per person for a twin share room.

Can you advise dates around March/April 2024

We don't currently have any dates open for sale on tour 8337, but we do have one April departure on the base tour, 8330, 26 April to 3 May. I don't have a launch date for the full 2024 tours but it usually happens in Jun or Jul.

i am looking at eastern canada tours 9 days i believe . i am bit concerened about meals as it is not included how do you go about places to eat , breakfast, lunch dinner ? also how early should arrive in toronto so as to start the tour on time

You will always be in places where you are able to purchase meals, or your tour director will be able to suggest places for you to go. The first say is just a arrival day so you can get there at any time! The tour director is on hand until late afternoon.

Can tell what is the closes hotel, that you recommend near the start of your eastern journey Coach tour in September. Do you book flights to the uk.

The hotel we provide at the start of the tour is the Chelsea Toronto. We can add on extra nights before the start of the tour at the same hotel if required.

Can I stay in Montreal on Day 8, instead of returning to Toronto? Will hotel be included if I stay in Montreal on Day 8?

I think there is a better solution for you. You could do tour 8330 instead. It's the same tour without the extended Toronto stay. That way the tour ends in Montreal, and we have post nights in Montreal available for purchase if you wanted to stay in Montreal a little longer. The arrival date would be the same, but the tour would end on May 5 instead of May 6.

I'm a solo traveler but willing to be paired with someone of same gender in the same room so I can take advantage of the double occupancy rate. Let me know if that's available.

I do have available space for the 9/22/23 Ontario & French Canada with Extended Stay in Toronto departure. Unfortunately we do not offer a room share and a single supplement would apply.

I was thinking of booking this, but when I'm on the booking page, it asks what accomodations I want. I'm a solo traveller. I would like to be paired with a person. But that option was not available on the booking page. But clearly lists it as "guarentee share" facility. Also, under what is included, on the more expensive package, it lists all the activities, such as 'cruise the 1000 Islands dinner cruise'. This less expensive package lists a 1000 Island cruise in the Itinerary, but not under the 'additonal services'. Are these at an extra cost above the package price?

This tour is not currently available until 2023. At this time, solo travellers would be in Single rooms, since Covid we have suspended our Guaranteed Share program. Included items are Niagara Falls cruise, Toronto sightseeing, St Lawrence cruise, Ottawa sightseeing, Basilica of Notre Dame, Quebec City sightseeing, Montreal sightseeing, Upper Canada Village. Please let us know your preferred travel date and we can load the pricing based on a single room.

Could you please list the accommodation that will be used for this tour? And would it be possible to have 4 people in one room? Could you also share the start times of each day in the itinerary as well as how long they would be spending at each destination? And will they be going inside any of the landmarks or just seeing them from outside?

We do not have any accommodations for a party of 4 in one room. We can only do single, double and triple accommodations. We also have not published a technical itinerary for this tour, so approximate timing and visit specifics are not yet available to us. I will list the hotels listed on our website below for each city, but the exact hotel is not confirmed until about 30 days prior to departure. The hotels listed below are examples and similar hotels may be used in place of these. Toronto- Chelsea Hotel, Toronto, Ottawa- The Cartier Place Suite Hotel, Quebec City- Hotel Plaza Quebec, Montreal- Sandman Hotel Montreal - Longueuil.

Canada is a huge country so there are a few days were you spend it mostly on the bus with some stops every few hours, but DO NOT let that discourage you from taking this tour. The beautiful countryside you can see out the bus windows is amazing and the long distance drives are more than worth it for the things you will see!Show more

This was an "8-day" tour starting in Toronto and ending in Montreal. As a New Zealand author of novels and short stories, I have travelled widely (about 23 countries). This is my fifth coach tour, the others being through Europe with Trafalgar and Expat Explore. In comparison, the hotels used by Cosmos were superior and all but one were located near shops, supermarkets and attractions. On the second day, the tour kicked off with a hiss and a roar as we travelled to Niagara Falls and for me, the highlight was being on a large boat at the bottom of the falls. Old Quebec City was another highlight together with its interesting history involving the French and English. Our tour leader, Nadine, did an excellent job giving the history and attending to our needs. The coach driver, Dave, was also very friendly and helpful. My wife and I took advantage of two optional excursions: A traditional sugar-shack Dinner, and Quebec countryside dinner and Montmorency Falls. I would recommend the latter. This was a great trip and we loved all the cities we visited. James was brilliant and super organised. The overnight train to Halifax was a great experience and so glad we did it. However, we felt the journey took too long, but that was due to train delays. We felt that when we arrived in Halifax, 4 hours late and tired, Carol did not seem to be organised at all. She did not order enough taxis to get 11 people and 10 peoples cases to the hotel. Consequently she didn't realise that 3 ladies had been left behind and had to get their own taxi and was surprised when she was given a receipt for reimbursement for the taxi cost.Show more
