  Can you tell me the dates this tour will be offered in September? Is it possible to only partake in part of the tour by chance? I will be flying in and out of Shannon and will not be in Dublin, and as I will be seeing family during the trip as well I may not have 5 continuous days for the tour.

    Accommodations:
    Kinsale: Blindgate House
    Doolin: Doolin Inn
    Dingle: Dingle Marina Lodge for two nights
    
    With regards to the inclusions:
    All entrance fees and activities listed such as kayaking, cycling, hikes by local guide. Ferry tickets to the Aran Islands and sheepdog demonstration. Wonderful breakfast each morning, transport in our luxury couches and most importantly our wonderful Irish Guide.

    The tour leaves each Sunday in September, the 6th, 20th and 27th are available. You could leave the tour in Doolin on day 5 and not go to Galway as Doolin is in County Clare and so is Shannon. There are public busses or maybe your family can pick you up.

  I am would like to inquire about this trip and the reality of the outdoor activities happening. I see travellers can expect light activity - can you explain what gear you expect guests to travel with? Also, due to unpredictable weather in late April how likely will it be that the kayaking activity gets cancelled?

    With regards the gear we only expect a good pair of light hiking shoes, not the big ones but just easy going one. With the weather changing in Ireland light layers is always the way forward and a rain jacket is excellent as well.
    
    This April so far all kayak trips went ahead, but I expect the one over the weekend to be cancelled. It depends on the wind direction, but if cancelled the guide will take you on a nice walk.

    Are there any recommendations that you would give for a prior and post trip accommodations, night of April 25 and April 30? Do you have something close to the meeting point?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide pre or post tour accommodation.
    
    I can however send you through some recommendations. For pre tour accommodations The Ashling hotel is always a great option as it is our meeting and departure point for our tour on day one. An added bonus with the Ashling hotel is if you mention that you are travelling with Overland Ireland, you will be offered their best available rates for your chosen nights. Their breakfast starts really early as well which is great for your 08.00 tour departure.
    
    If you'd prefer something more central, I'd recommend The Alex, The Morgan, The Green or The Castle Hotel, all great choices in the heart of the city. If you have points with the Hilton, Hilton Gardens is a great option as well.

  We are booked already June 7-11th. We would like to stay an extra night in Galway at the end of the tour. Can you recommend a room close to the drop off place?

  I am a solo lady traveller and would like my own accommodation and I do not ride bikes. Will this tour suite me.

    This tour has biking in Killarney and in the Aran Islands but for both you can replace this and the guide would happily do something else with you. For instance in Killarney you would be able to visit Muckross House while the others cycle and in the Aran Islands you can take horse and cart around the Island or go for a wonderful walk around the Island. The horse and cart would be at your own expense.

    I do not catch uber or taxi so this tour is pick up at Ashling hotel and it looks like no reservations for the night before. Also the drop off is a different place. Any recommendations to make this easy for me.

    As this tour finishes in Galway and I might like to stay another night. Do I still get the ticket to Dublin airport the next day.

    I need to confirm with the extra money I will be paying that I have a accommodation as a single person in the room. As there is a big difference for a solo traveller I would presume I would be getting a double or queen bed.

    We have many guests who arrive the same day while others arrive a day or two before hand. Do you know what time you are landing? The airport is only 20 minutes away and most often planes have tale wind so arrive early.

  We are in our 40's, my mom is 75. We are wanting to see as much as possible on a 5-6 day tour. My mom can not walk for too long so we need a tour that can accommodate that- no more than an hour of walking without a significant break. What is included in price of tour and what tour(s) would you recommend for us? What documents besides passports will we need coming from US?

    All our tours include hotels, entrance fees, wonderful Irish Guide, great Irish Breakfast (also healthier options and we cater for vegetations, vegans etc) and loads of great moments on tour. What is not included are your lunches, dinners, optional activities and gratuities. We have two styles of tours, active which is the one you have chosen and more relaxed which would be our 6 day magical Southern tour or Ireland. This one has less hikes and bikes and shorter walks and might be better suited to your mum. The pace of this tour is also slower which might suit as well, it has one night in Kilkenny which has one of the most best preserved castles in Ireland, you visit a traditional Irish farm in the Burren National park, you stay for two nights in Dingle and so much more. The more active one can also be adjusted so your mum has less fysicial activity so no worries there.

  We don't ride conventional bikes anymore due to problems with balance. We can walk at a normal pace on even ground. When people are paddling around the water or riding bikes, what do you offer for people who are older and unable to partake in active activities?

    We offer two types of tours, Active and Relaxed. Our spectacular South & West Tour falls under the Active range. While there are plenty of activities included, nothing is mandatory and your guide will always have fantastic alternatives. For example, if the group goes kayaking, you might choose to enjoy a scenic walk instead. When others are biking, you could opt for a traditional jaunting cart ride.
