PNH airport pickup is specified but I cannot find flights into this airport. I can fly into KTI so airport pickup from KTI would be necessary.

I am 75, though with good mobility, but need to know if I can manage this. Also, is the river rafting trip that follows very rough or physically demanding? The rest of the trip sounds fine.   Your Flights from Home: You are 100% correct. We do not include or book your flights from your home country to Southeast Asia. Because prices vary wildly based on your departure city and timing, you will book and pay for those independently.
  
  The US $599.00 "Local Payment": This is a fixed regional/internal travel fee that you pay upon arrival. It is not for your flight from home. It specifically covers:
  
  1. Regional International Flight: From Cambodia to Thailand (e.g., Siem Reap to Bangkok).
  2. Internal Domestic Flights: Any flights required within Cambodia or within Thailand as per your itinerary.
  3. Tour Guide & Logistics: Professional guide fees and coordinated transfers.
  
  Why a Fixed Local Payment? We separate this $599 fee from the main tour price to keep the package transparent. By paying this locally, we ensure that the funds go directly toward the regional logistics and guides assigned to your trip.
