Cancellation by the client must be made at least 60 days prior to departure to be charged only 30% of the total booking price. If cancelled between 30 and 59 days prior, then 50% is charged. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

The pricing is the same for both double and triple rooms, but is calculated per person. It is advisable to book a double room unless a triple room is necessary due to the number of people traveling.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bamba Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 90 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bamba Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
