  This tour was an absolute disaster! There was no bamba experience car, we were traveling with an other company, the name was cordillera travel I think and nobody informed us about this! There was no guide and no cook on the tour, the driver also only spoke spanish and not a single word in english, so we didnt get any of the informations! ( we actually booked the tour in english and also saw tours that had an english speaking guide on board!! so it must be possible... ) We were not the only ones with this issue! During the meals, we were only allowed to have two bottles of water per meal, for 10 pers.! I think we all know that it is the most important thing to drink a lot when going up to 5000 m above sea level! Also there was not a lot of food during the meals and there were no snacks at all! Also, nobody told us, that we have to bring a sleeping bag along, so many of our group had to rent a sleeping bag! At the highest point of the tour, some of us got sick because of the altitude. Nobody cared about us or even looked after us! This is quite dangerous and could cause dangerous health issues!Show more

As for the water situation, your purchase confirmation noted that it was suggested to bring an extra 5 Liters of bottled water, and that the services will sometimes be slow and quite basic.   Our tour guide Luis was fantastic. Friendly, informative & provided a great energy. We were far less pleased with the organisation of the rest of the trip provided by Tour Radar. The accommodation and meals on the tour were poor. The 2nd night was particularly awful. There were no working toilets for the 50 or so guests which meant by the morning the situation was pretty dire. The food on the 2nd night was barely edible so the majority of people went without eating. There was also no heating at all. Even though a heater was on site we were told there was no gas. Tour Radar had also booked the overnight bus from Uyuni to La Paz. On arrival we were told my girlfriend and I would not be sitting together. We had to argue in the bus office. We were told the only way to resolve this would be for us to instead travel on local buses. This was not acceptable and should we have accepted this we were told we would not receive any kind of discount. We had to make a fuss and this was eventually resolved. This should not have occurred after booking a tour in advance. We would recommend our guide again but would be hesitant about booking with or recommending Tour Radar.Show more
