Incredible journey to learn about the culture and people in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Great tour guide to navigate and make the experience an unforgettable one!! -amazing tour guide -very knowledgeable and informed us regarding the culture, people, way of life etc. -very accommodating to address any tour group member's concerns -ensured that everyone in the group was happy with everything whether it was an issue with their meal, feeling sick, or if an interest for expressed in a particular cultural activity -Chan is very responsible and has a great personality- he ensured safety and fun for all tour group members at all time -couldn't have asked for a better tour guide

Nan was the best tour guide we could have asked for. She made sure everyone was absolutely perfect and was definitely the reason we all had such a good time.

I was very happy with the itinerary and transportation. The accommodations weren't great but we stayed in each place for only a night or two so it wasn't bad - pretty much what I expected. However, in a few cities, we had been told we were staying in hotels and wound up in hostels; some places did not include breakfast that said they included breakfast or the breakfast was not good; one of our hotel rooms was infested with bugs; the laundry service at one hotel lost my clothing. The included meals were not that great and our tour guide did not do a good job of recommending places to eat. I loved our tour guide as a person but he didn't really do anything spectacular as a tour guide - didn't recommend things to do or where to eat, didn't know what to do when group members got sick, didn't teach us about any of the places we would be visiting.

A truely incredible and memorable trip!!! Couldn’t fault a thing aef (Pavinee) went out of her way to help everyone on the trip. Was always there for any questions no matter how stupid or important. She provided such an amazing experience that myself and the rest of my group will never forget.

I had an amazing time on the trip. Cat was an amazing tour guide there were absolutely no hiccups on the trip. She did everything in her power to make sure that things went smoothly and it always did. (I.e. The time that somebody forgot to include their middle name on their flight and they had to have a name change or the other time that someone left their passport behind in the hotel). Anytime I asked Cat about where to go for specific types of food she would always have a really good recommendation on hand. Sometimes people would ask something that Cat had already gone over but Cat would always answer very politely even though she had already stated it three times before. This was such a phenomenal trip for me and I'm so glad that Cat was my tour guide. I've also experienced local tour guides like I've never had before on any trip I've been to and that was because Cat specifically picked them out and she had particular tour guides that she really liked (I.e. During the tunnel tour our local tour guide was a Vietnam war veteran, while every other tour guide was a kid in his 20s. For me, this was such a more authentic experience to have a war vet who had actually been there being our local guide) I felt like I was able to go everywhere that I wanted to on this trip. However, The only thing I wish this tour did was go to Sapa.

Best guide ever, Ken Srimonta. Well organized. Extremely punctual. Things, I would change could check in earlier and have the chance to have a shower and don't leave luggage in th lobby. Transportation was good enough but many times the space was not enough for tall western people.

The trip was amazing! loved getting to know all those different cultures and people. The transport and accomodation were good, according to the price of the whole trip. Our guide was excellent se put his heart in her job, she was an expert and she was always smiling and helping us with any trouble we faced.
