Yes, we are still operating the full tour as normal but currently we are taking a flight from Bangkok to Siem Reap at no extra cost. This is subject to change however, depending on when you are booking the trip for.

The price we provided is in Australia dollars, we are unsure of what your location/currency is, if it's not Australia, please let us know and we can provide the price in the correct currency!

how can I use it towards this tour?

This trip is designed exclusively for 18-39 year olds. Travellers must be 39 years old or younger as of Day 1 of the departure date of the tour.

Will I have my own room? I have had bad experiences sharing. Is there an option for single room - for single traveller?

The Cambodia to Vietnam: Night Markets & Noodle-Making tour will only be multishare accommodation and no single rooms or requests can be taken. If you are looking for a trip that offers the My own room option, we suggest to look at some of our Classic trip styles.

Where exactly do we meet in Bangkok?

Your starting hotel is W22 by Burasari Hotel. Your welcome meeting on day 1 at your starting Hotel is normally between 5 & 7pm, but when arriving at the Hotel there will be a notice up in the reception area with your name, your fellow travellers names and your CEO's (tour leader) details along with the exact starting time of your tour.

Are large suitcases recommended for the tour?

Large suitcases are not recommended; a backpack or a small to medium rolling bag is suggested.

What are the main nationalities of the travelers on the tour?

Travelers join from all over the world, generally from Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.

Is a sleeping bag/sheet/blanket actually required as listed on the packing list?

Train travel in Vietnam is very basic. Sleeper trains normally have 4 seats per compartment, which convert into sleeping bunks (two upper and two lower). A sheet, pillow and blanket are provided, although some people prefer to bring their own sleeping sheet.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
