Can I not do this trip if I am a solo passenger?

We can offer a solo room. This would be on request. Based on a inside cabin on the cruise, the total would be £5205 before flights.

I want to make sure that our veranda suite would be located in a quieter area and has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Also, to minimize the seasickness issues, l would prefer a midship location. Can you also provide info on your cancellation policy. This trip being our anniversary celebration, we would like it to be a comfortable and enjoyable experience as much as possible.

The exact location of the Verandah Suite will not be assigned until closer to your scheduled departure. We cannot guarantee which room you will be assigned to. At the time of booking, you will be required to make a non refundable deposit to hold your spot on the tour. In the event you need to cancel the tour, your deposit will be used towards your cancellation fee if you cancel before your final payment due date.

What is the cancellation policy for this tour?

Cancellations prior to the full payment deadline result in loss of the non-refundable deposit. After the deadline, penalties are based on the total cost.

How can I make a payment for the tour?

Payments can be made through our booking page. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid issues with your booking.

Group size is 42-50 but the possible boats seem to be huge cruise liners

We are only allowed to accommodate up to 50 guest on our tours. The cruise portion of the trip is available for sale on other plateforms, therefore more than 50 guest can be onboard the ship.

What is the policy for changing staterooms?

Changes to staterooms are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Requests for changes should be made as early as possible.

How are travel advisories communicated to passengers?

Travel advisories are included in the Travel Packet provided after booking, which includes important information and requirements.

How can I cancel my booking and what are the associated penalties?

If you cancel the reservation prior to your full payment deadline, the nonrefundable deposit acts as the penalty. After the final payment deadline, penalties become a percentage of the total tour cost.

Need information on cruise cabin choices and how they factor into price.

We have our Inside Cabins for an additional $0-$60 per person, Outside Cabins for an additional $500 -$530 per person and our Veranda Cabins for an additional $1370-$1410 per person. Once you have been booked and your deposit made, you will be able to select the level you would want your cabin booked.

What are the different accommodation categories available on the cruise?

You can choose from inside, outside, or veranda cabins for the cruise portion of the tour. Our hotels are of First and Superior Tourist Class.

Our Cosmos guide, Kip, was awesome, as were our guides for all included and optional tours (Alaska railroad, Doggoneit Kennel Visit, Denali wilderness tour, Prince William sound boat ride, etc). All of the cities visited were awesome and all of the stops in between were so well planned with great scenery/views and opportunity to stretch and explore. Although the lack of a detailed itinerary (with times, durations, etc) prior to the trip bothered my OCD planner self, I could not have imagined a more perfect tour of interior Alaska! Our family of 4 loved every minute of this Alaskan Adventure!Show more

The tour director Madona and driver Phill were terrific in guiding the visitors and in helping them with everything. The tour covers the most important sites including Denali, Prince William Sound, Glaciers. The optional excursions add high-lighted experience. We get to experience the beauty of the vast land and sea that only Alaska has. We get to see the land and marine wildlife. Before we even left, we want to come back to Alaska already.
