  Is travel insurance mandatory? If so, if we do not use it do we get a refund? Also is there an airport pickup/shuttle for arrival and departure?

    Travel insurance is not mandatory, however we do suggest that you purchase it for any tour you take. The premium for the insurance is non-refundable whether you use it or not. Transfers are not included or available for purchase. Guests are responsible for transferring to/from the start/end hotels independently. Transfer recommendations will be included in documents.

  Looking for more information on Flights to/from MKE or ORD. Would like to know economy vs business/1st class. Also, more info on costs for optional tours such as helicopter, etc.

    You would need to arrange your flights independently as we do not assist with airfare except for what is included in the itinerary. Optional excursion prices are available once the booking is confirmed and within 90 days of travel as availability and pricing is subject to change.

    I completely understand how you would like to have the total cost and be able to budget for your tour. We unfortunately, are unable to provide the exact amount for each excursion. The list of excursions and the exact prices will be provided 60 - 90 days prior to departure. The prices vary from $125 USD and up per person (these prices may change).

  I was looking at your Hawaii trip and went to Transport and this is what I saw: Transport Your Train: The historic Alaska Railroad travels through Alaska's spectacular scenery. This upgraded experience in Deluxe Dome Service features confirmed seats in the upper-level dome car, priority seating in the dining room, and a private outdoor viewing deck. Not very professional- you should have someone checking your material. I took Global to Ireland and loved it. I thought a trip to Hawaii with my husband for our 30th anniversary would be great. Can we get a discount for finding this mistake?

  we are definitely booking the excursion to snorkel now that we know for sure the snorkel masks come with different vision options for us because of our glasses. We will be booking the Polynesian excursion day too.

    You will have the option of siting out this excursion on Day 2. You will have to speak with the Tour Director to see if you will be able to schedule another outing while the rest of the group attends the Pearl Harbor excursion.

  can you explain "Twin-Share rooms?"

    Twin share rooms mean you and your travel partner will be in same room with twin beds. You can also put the beds together to make it a double bed.

    The twin rooms are for shared rooms for you and your travel companion. They don't necessarily mean the rooms will have two twin beds. The rooms can have one bed (full, queen or king) or two beds (twins, full or queen).

    When we use the term "twin" that means that there is two people in the room. Since you are traveling alone, you would be listed as a single traveler.

    IVA flight pricing may differ per departure date. For an idea of pricing, I quoted the February 15, 2024 departure and got a total for IVA of $494 per person. We do have our dates for this tour in 2024 published, but none are guaranteed to operate yet.
