This tour was excellent and indeed explored the Best of Switzerland. Initially we had apprehension at first because it missed some popular tourist spots, but we were surprised that the choices were actually better and we wouldn't have thought of it if we did the tour on our own. Even if we didn't get to ride any of the scenic train rides, the coach experience was amazing and indeed explored other beautiful routes in the comforts of a carefree bus. Martina and Massimo truly made our experience wonderful. Martina had so many interesting anecdotes and historical stories that made us appreciate Switzerland culture so much. Massimo, on the other hand, had excellent driving skills especially on those tight turns even on high ground. Both made our tour comfortable and pleasurable. My comment would be to have more time in all the stops that we had, especially since most of the time we would arrive at late afternoon already and we only had an hour or so to look at shops, etc. I would also want to comment on the welcome dinner we had which was a bit subpar compared to the other meals we had prepared by Globus. Overall, the tour is highly recommended to anyone who would want to explore Switzerland and see the beauty it offers.Show more

Our Trip with Globus to Switzerland was a very enjoyable experience and we are happy to say it exceeded our expectations! We liked every aspect of the trip. The Registration process with Vivian Vo was smooth, friendly and helpful/ The Hotel accommodation was excellent in spite of the first day minor glitch through no fault of Globus. The Tour Director, Pieter, was very knowledgeable and experienced as well has friendly, and helpful. Frank, our driver, took us through the scenic, winding roadways safely and was always ready whenever we needed any help. We felt fortunate to have the company of fellow tourists drawn from different parts of the world with whom we built up contacts and friendship. .   For a couple, do I choose the single bed option, is that correct? I am confirming the single bed option sleeps two people. I know twin bed option sleeps one person.
