we are a group of 6 seniors (ages 62,70 and 73 but all ambulant and mostly active) How long is the hike and how strenuous is it? Can some of us just wait for others to hike?

The hike is not strenous, and more on an enjoyable nature experience for all. You are more than welcome to opt out of doing the walk to relax. We would love to have you on tour with us and we have all ages that have participated. We are always on hand to assist.

We would love to get a quote from you for a vacation along the Garden route for 2 people with travel along the Route and Hotels of at least 4stars included. We would also join a group trip. We don't want to go on a private trip. Our vacation dates are 2.11.26-10.11.26. weeks would love to explore the Garden Route on a 6 day trip within these dates. However, Kapstadt and Stellenbosch should not be included as we have already been there.

While we don't offer a 6-day scheduled adventure, our 5-Day Garden Route + Addo adventure is a fantastic alternative and one of our most-loved options. It gives you a wonderful mix of coastal scenery, wildlife, and charming towns along the Garden Route, plus the chance to enjoy exciting safari experiences in Addo, a real highlight for many travelers. In terms of timing from Cape Town ,you can join the Monday, 02.11 departure if that lines up well with your dates, depending on the time. Or choose the Thursday departure if you'd like a couple of days to settle into Cape Town first and explore the city a bit.

Can you accommodate a group of 25 adults?

Yes, we can accommodate larger groups. We can either run the tour in a few smaller vehicles that travel together or we have a larger coach option too.

Do you have dates later in January

We do have departures in January 2027, so the next step is simply to confirm your preferred travel dates. Once we know your ideal start date (and if your dates are flexible by a day or two), we can go ahead and set up a confirmed departure for you. January is a popular time and availability can change quickly.

we have 6 people (3 couples), 1 couples want the 3star option and two couples want the double room hostel (not shared dorm) option. Can do do this on one booking on line or what is the best way to book.

I would suggest 2-bookings, 1 couple for the 3* and the additional 2 couples for the double hostel room, we would then make a note to inform our team that you are traveling together

Do you arrange flights from the UK - if not would it be advisable for me to arrive and leave a day(or night) before the drive starts and would you organise airport pick up and drop off. Is the price quote for single occupancy?

We do not arrange flights as that would be on your own account, it would be fine to arrange your flights to arrive a day prior to your tour and leave a day after the tour and we would be able to assist with pre and post accommodation for you with a transfer included.

How often do you run this tour as we are over in October.

The tour runs on Monday's, Thursday's and Saturdays depending on a minimum requirement of 6-pax needed for a tour to be confirmed.

I am interested in a tour with you and wonder if you also do it from Port Elizabeth to Capetown? I ill be finishing an overland bush safari in Victoria Falls on April 5th. Then plan is for me to do the Garden Route and Capetown. On 6th after my safari, i can fly from VF to either in Port Elizabeth or Capetown. I am solo and booked return home flight out of Capetown on evening of April 17th. I love hiking, nature, water and elephants!

I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Our tour guide Isaac was an absolute legend and made sure that our visit was as perfect as could be. Our accomodation was very vairied as we booked the 'back packer' option with private rooms. Some of the rooms were quite basic in quaint beachside locations, but always spacious and clean; but we were also accomodated in an absolutely beautiul family farm in incredible chalets and provided with a home cooked meal which was amazing. I would definitely recommed listening to Isaac and to the itinerary that he suggests as another group definitley missed out by turning down some of the options given. The 7am starts are 100% worth it to fit in all the activities and visits.Show more

There was an issue with booking originally and the communication thru the tour radar app definitely needs work as we had to call the office overseas when our questions were not being answered. As it was we only found out the tour we had received confirmation on was cancelled the day before our departure - but nobody got a hold of us - it was our panicked enquiry from us to confirm pick up time and location the day before the tour was to depart that brought it to light to tour radar. I am interested in a tour with you and wonder if you also do it from Port Elizabeth to Capetown? I ill be finishing an overland bush safari in Victoria Falls on April 5th. Then plan is for me to do the Garden Route and Capetown. On 6th after my safari, i can fly from VF to either in Port Elizabeth or Capetown. I am solo and booked return home flight out of Capetown on evening of April 17th. I love hiking, nature, water and elephants!
