There was an issue with booking originally and the communication thru the tour radar app definitely needs work as we had to call the office overseas when our questions were not being answered. As it was we only found out the tour we had received confirmation on was cancelled the day before our departure - but nobody got a hold of us - it was our panicked enquiry from us to confirm pick up time and location the day before the tour was to depart that brought it to light to tour radar.
