It was the only day during our visit we could go—and we wanted to make sure nothing would go wrong. Yet, just two days before our scheduled tour, the company abruptly cancelled our booking without any explanation and with complete disregard for the inconvenience caused. No apology and no accountability. Because of the short notice, we had no time to rebook with another provider, and ended up missing out entirely on an experience we were genuinely excited about and had planned around in advance! I’m writing this review not just out of frustration, but to warn others: this company clearly lacks professionalism and respect for its customers. It was a long day but Courtney (our guide) ensured that we had an amazing day by keeping it fun and up beat the entire way. She obviously knew what she was doing and went above and beyond to try and make sure that we got the most out of our day. We saw everything from the stunning view of the Twelve Apostles to wild kangaroos hopping across the road to trees full of snoozing koala bears. Single travelers have two options for extended tours; they can rent a single private room that will allow them to have their own space at night, or they can opt for a more budget-friendly version by sleeping in a dorm with other passengers on tour.
