Can I please add one extra day accommodation in Kathmandu?

I have already quoted one night of post accommodation for your trip to Nepal.

We are well travelled but not yet been to Nepal. We particularly love birds and wildlife. I notice there is a free day in Bandipur on day 6. Is it possible that we could do a long one day tour bird / wildlife spotting - hiking Ok too. even if this is returning yo Chitwan NP or other suggestions.

A bit disappointed with intrepid. As I thought it is a well established company. The customer services has been disappointing. 1. The itinerary showed wrong map and wrong schedule which included Chitwan Park which is not included in final travel notes. Pls be carful 2. Hotel have free shuttle bus but you cannot enjoy as you have to pay extra which is much higher than normal price. 3. Tour Guide has provide wrong information about temperature and schedule. I would recommend you do your research and cover yourself. 4. I am very uncomfortable about the tips. On the first day, you will be asked to pay 50USD to cover the whole trip. However, Everyday you will need to discuss with tour guide that tips are not enough. Which has been annoying. If you do not pay ASAP, they will keep chasing you. However, they do not mind your actives photos or videos. It is all about pay them money. As far as my understanding..how much I like to pay and when I pay is up to my decision. For this tour..it is a different story. While on the positive side..the activities guides are very fun and helping. You will cover exciting activities in few days. However..I do not think it suits every Seasons as lots of us got sick during the tour. So overal 3/5 for this tour, to be frank.Show more

I thoroughly enjoyed this introduction to Nepal. The itinerary was well planned to give a wide variety of insights into the Nepalese culture, it's people and the country. Our guide, Subash, was excellent. He carried out the organisation of the trip so calmly, always factoring in any possibility of possibility of difficulty or delay and staying flexible and accommodating to all of the individuals requirements of the group. He managed our expectations extremely well so that we were mostly delighted with the actual experience. He readily shared his knowledge of his country with us to enhance our experience at every stage. He could not have done any more to improve my trip to Nepal.Show more

For tours departing after November 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
