  A bit disappointed with intrepid. As I thought it is a well established company. The customer services has been disappointing. 1. The itinerary showed wrong map and wrong schedule which included Chitwan Park which is not included in final travel notes. Pls be carful 2. Hotel have free shuttle bus but you cannot enjoy as you have to pay extra which is much higher than normal price. 3. Tour Guide has provide wrong information about temperature and schedule. I would recommend you do your research and cover yourself. 4. I am very uncomfortable about the tips. On the first day, you will be asked to pay 50USD to cover the whole trip. However, Everyday you will need to discuss with tour guide that tips are not enough. Which has been annoying. If you do not pay ASAP, they will keep chasing you. However, they do not mind your actives photos or videos. It is all about pay them money. As far as my understanding..how much I like to pay and when I pay is up to my decision. For this tour..it is a different story. While on the positive side..the activities guides are very fun and helping. You will cover exciting activities in few days. However..I do not think it suits every Seasons as lots of us got sick during the tour. So overal 3/5 for this tour, to be frank.

  Totally exceeded expectations, really good all round tour of Nepal highlights, Nebal surprised us every day with extras he had arranged. Totally took the stress out of travelling. Will definitely use intrepid again

  I thoroughly enjoyed this introduction to Nepal. The itinerary was well planned to give a wide variety of insights into the Nepalese culture, it's people and the country. Our guide, Subash, was excellent. He carried out the organisation of the trip so calmly, always factoring in any possibility of possibility of difficulty or delay and staying flexible and accommodating to all of the individuals requirements of the group. He managed our expectations extremely well so that we were mostly delighted with the actual experience. He readily shared his knowledge of his country with us to enhance our experience at every stage. He could not have done any more to improve my trip to Nepal.

  Nepal is a fascinating country,I had visited Nepal over 4 years ago,This was my daughter Katie's first overseas travel experience and she was somewhat nervous.I believe that Subash's positive support and knowledge enabled us to have a truly wonderful experience.He is an excellent tour leader and ambassador for Nepal.He interactedso well with every one and was very organised and went out of his way to make sure that every one was comfortable.. yes it was certainlyculturally different to New Zealandbutthat proved to be so interesting.The scenic flightof the Himalayan mountains was specialboth spiritually and emotionally .Chitwan National Park was great.There were only 9 on the tour and we all got on well together.It was afantasticexperience for Katie and I travelling together

  The our tour leader Subash Neupane contributed significantly to why the trip went so well. He is a very experienced guide, is always positive and has a kind nature. He demonstrated inclusive practices with everyone. We were very fortunate that the weather favoured all of our activities! Overall it was a fantastic way to see and learn about Nepal.
