  The Amazing Turkey by Land tour with Travel Talk exceeded all my expectations and was the perfect way to experience the diversity of Türkiye. Everything was well organised, making for a fun, stress-free and unforgettable holiday. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, offering the perfect mix of history, ancient ruins, breathtaking natural landscapes, cultural experiences and the warm hospitality Türkiye is famous for. There was a great balance between guided sightseeing and free time to explore, the hotels were lovely with exceptional service and the transportation was comfortable and convenient. Our guide, Mustafa, was fantastic. His knowledge and genuine passion for his country and its history made the trip truly memorable. He was very informative and always happy to answer my many questions about the Turkish language, culture and the incredible sites we visited. He also kept us laughing with his use of Aussie slang (that he has picked up over his years of guiding Aussie travellers) and great sense of humour. He went above and beyond by recommending authentic local restaurants away from the tourist crowds, pointing us towards the best places to buy souvenirs and even demonstrating how to pose best for photos amongst ancient ruins 🤣. We were also incredibly lucky to be part of a wonderful group of travellers and are still in touch with several people from the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the very best of Türkiye in a well-organised, memorable and enjoyable way. Big thanks to Travel Talk and especially Mustafa for this unforgettable adventure. I will definitely be travelling with you again.Show more

The hotels were adequate but were 3 to 4 star, but not 5 star, and acceptable for the cost of the tour. The meals provided were adequate. We would definitely recommend this tour.Show more

  Our guide (Aycan) and our two bus drivers were excellent. The tour itself was good but not excellent first problem was the blending of multiple itineraries into one group, so that the main group of 18 split up after about 5 days together, resulting in poor group bonding/cohesion. Second, some of the hotels were not up to part in terms of accommodation and food quality. Only two of the hotels - Legacy Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul and Hotel Greenland in Fethiye were as advertised. The rest were more like 3-star hotels with indifferent staff.Show more

  The tour is ok but part of the itinerary definitely needs improvement. For example, day 2 we spent the whole day checking all different locations of tombstones along the coastline on our way to the next destination, they are all similar. We made like 6/7 stops, which can certainly be reduced to 2/3. Seems that our schedule was just stretched only to fill the day tour. It was very tiring to stay on the bus all day. We could have arrived at the hotel earlier and enjoy the facilities at the hotel. That’s one of the main reasons we booked this tour with 4/5 stars hotels. Also for 3days staying in Greenland hotel in Fethiye, the pool and gym closes at 6pm and opens at 8am. This doesn’t make sense as we have tour schedules during the day, it is impossible for us to enjoy any facilities at the hotel. Also, none of the entrance fees or activities are included, they are all optional, but they will make the stops anyways so be prepared to pay extra 500 -700 euros if you want all these activities with the tour.Show more

If you want a deep dive into Turkie then use Travel Talk / Tour Radar and hope you get Aykut as your guide. Brand new coach with 2 drivers ( most tours only have 1 driver). Turkie is really an amazing country to explore. Highly recommended.Show more

  This tour is an absolute MUST for those who wish to see various parts of Turkey, since it includes the coast and inland Cappadocia. It included the perfect amount of beaches, history, and wildlife. Our tour guide Yilderay and our two drivers were absolutely fabulous! Keep in mind there is a fair amount of driving, so if you prefer flying - this tour may not be for you, but we loved it, as it allowed us time to go through photos and really get to know the other guests on the tour. My only advice would be for Travel Talk to keep up to date with the admissions pricing of the attractions and for all guests to bring cash (euro, pound, or lira) to cover those admissions (with the exception of the hot air balloon and paragliding). Many of the guests had issues getting cash in Istanbul and several folks had their cards eaten by ATMs. Other than that, the tour was absolutely fabulous - highly recommend!Show more
