On Day 8 of the itinerary, the group travels from Dahab to Cairo. This involves a transfer to Sharm El Sheikh Airport followed by a short domestic flight to Cairo. The total travel time is approximately 1 hour, and while exact flight times can vary, the group typically arrives in Cairo by early afternoon.

How do I take advantage of the 25% OFF deal?

Can I end my trip earlier than the scheduled?

You can certainly jump off the tour at any point if you wish, but this tour is fixed-dated, not hop on/hop off. Any deviation would be at your own cost, and the tour company does not amend the cost of a booking on this basis.

Can I do some activities or trips that are outside of the itinerary?

If you wish to do things that are not included in the itinerary that is fine, you just have to inform the tour guide and they'll mostly be able to help you organise this when the tour begins.

This trip manages to incorporate all major sights in Jordan and Egypt but there is also time for relaxing on the beach, chill on a felucca and lots of free time to explore every city we went to. The tourleaders were fun, knowledgeable and solved any difficulties. Since the ferry from Jordan and Egypt arrives so late it might not be necessary to stay at the beach camp before going to Dahab. We only slept, had breakfast and went to Dahab.Show more

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
