The hotels were far from the city centre and in the case of the Novotel Conference, the area was sketchy, the toilet seat was off and no one bothereed to fix it, the staff at the bar were less than helpful. It was just a terrible spot. When we had our last event the tour guide left the group at the Louvre entrance for free time but there was no return transport to our hotel which was 30 minutes away. She said the bus was good or we could Uber. For the older members of the group this was not a good ending to the trip. It was misleading as well as we thought entrance to the gardens of Versailles was included. It was not . I don't think I'd travel with Europomondo again.Show more

Overall the trip was wonderful, and the itinerary and the places we visited were excellent. The included castles, boat, waterfalls and other activities were also great. Logistics was arranged perfectly. We are grateful for the English speaking guides that EuropaMundo provided. We are disappointed the EuropaMundo allows babies on the bus, and that babies are allowed to sit at the front instead of at the last seat in the back of the bus. 3. We had so many tour guides changes and buses that we did not even have a chance to appreciate them with a tip. Some drivers like Lyon – Tournus were very rude to us and complaint about having to lift the suitcases. 4. All buses should have charging capabilities and wifi. Only one bus had wifi 5. Guides should be instructed to have a comfort stop after each 1 ½ hours of travel. It is unreasonable to expect humans to travel 3 plus hours without a comfort stop. 6. The hotels this time were not as good as usually like is Spain. They were all very clean Breakfast was always excellent. 7. To the smoking guides, they should not smoke while they are talking to us and walking with us drop us. As soon as they drop us, they can smoke as much as they want. We do not need or want to inhale their smelly cigarettes. They also come on the bus smelling like an ashtray. Overall this is my third trip with EuropaMundo and I hope to travel again without babies.Show more

The compliance with the itinerary was outstanding — the most notable being the excellent professional level of our assigned guide Aldison, as group leader, his extensive knowledge of the different circuit regions, and his didactic capacity to convey European history through the centuries with attention to detail. The downside: on the last bus trip back to Paris, the air conditioning in the back half of the upper deck was an inferno, and the bathroom was closed because it was broken. Better maintenance should be ensured. The buses are comfortable and the drivers were excellent, both Pablo and Javier who brought us back to Paris. Suggestion: at the end of the circuit they should offer to drop clients at their hotel. Also the assigned dinner restaurants should indicate what beverages are or aren't included.Show more
