  The compliance with the itinerary was outstanding — the most notable being the excellent professional level of our assigned guide Aldison, as group leader, his extensive knowledge of the different circuit regions, and his didactic capacity to convey European history through the centuries with attention to detail. The downside: on the last bus trip back to Paris, the air conditioning in the back half of the upper deck was an inferno, and the bathroom was closed because it was broken. Better maintenance should be ensured. The buses are comfortable and the drivers were excellent, both Pablo and Javier who brought us back to Paris. Suggestion: at the end of the circuit they should offer to drop clients at their hotel. Also the assigned dinner restaurants should indicate what beverages are or aren't included.Show more

  It was a spectacular trip from the moment of the reservation, the speed in the confirmation, the efficiency of the customer service, always answering my questions, upon our arrival in Paris, our driver Anouar sent us messages from the day before, confirming the details for our transfer to the hotel. The hotels were very comfortable, although the one in London was a little far from the city, all the tours were very organized thanks to our guide Clara Ruiz and our super punctual tour companions, that allowed everything to go very well. After reviewing your case, we found that the scheduled panoramic tour had already departed before your arrival at the hotel. As a result, participation in that activity was unfortunately not possible. However, one of our local representatives met you at the hotel and, as a courtesy, provided Hop-On Hop-Off bus tickets so that you could still enjoy sightseeing in London. Assistance was also offered to help you use these tickets and reach the city center. We regret that this alternative did not provide the experience you were expecting. Please understand that, on this occasion, the sightseeing tour had already departed according to the scheduled timetable before your arrival. As our tours operate on fixed departure times, passengers who arrive after the group's departure are unfortunately unable to join the visit. Nevertheless, our representative did her best to offer an alternative solution so that you could still make the most of your time in London. At Europamundo, we prioritize transparency; hence, we have clearly stated on both TourRadar and in our terms and conditions that our overland routes, whether in a group or private setting, unless otherwise noted, include the presence of tour leaders (English-speaking) and local guides, if specified. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups may be bilingual based on the number of passengers, and services may be provided in a bilingual manner, usually in English and Spanish. This can involve either two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages. All our guides hold an English certificate of at least B2 (Upper intermediate) to ensure that they can fluently narrate history, engage with passengers, and express themselves clearly. Our guides also provide detailed information about returning to the hotels when a transfer back to the hotel is not provided. Additionally, we provide our passengers with our 24/7 support lines on their vouchers. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communications from your end to address your concerns in real-time.
