  Saw lots on the tour. Too long at several stops. 4 hours in 1 town, another 2 in next town. Not sure why we couldnt get there before 8 pm. 12 hours travelling by bus every day is too much. Hotels ok except the one in Madrid, poor quality, noisy.Show more

  First time experience. Our guides were good; Hiren was excellent He was professional, courteous, and highly organized. We very much enjoyed being part of his tour. Two of the hotels listed upon our booking were not the hotels we actually stayed at during the course of the tour supposedly the AC but we ended up at Iberik instead - there is nothing around here and too far from city center. Also everything was closed on Dec 31 and Jan 1. The buses were comfortable and our main driver was great Roberto was nice to clean and squigee the windows so we can take streak free pictures very important The 2nd bus, not so much it was packed/crowded going back to Madrid. In a nutshell, we didnt see much of the sights as expected. Nevertheless, it was a delightful tour except for the disappointing 2 days everything was closed.Show more

  I liked the planned itinerary. The tour guides were very friendly, all activities and expectations were met. The guides maintained group order and were always attentive to ensure tickets and accommodation were delivered without delays. The good: the half-board meals and the PREMIER upgrade option. The bad: the travel agent told us we could only choose half-board for 2 weeks; for the remaining weeks we had to find restaurants ourselves. We would have liked half-board for the entire circuit. The PREMIER option only applied to the first 2 weeks — after that we had no water available. Also, the WiFi on transportation was being metered even though the contracted service was PREMIER. This was not disclosed upfront by the agent or on the EUROPAMUNDO website. Of the guides, ANÍBAL and MARIA were excellent. 100% recommended.Show more

  Adrián needed more training time with other guides and more information about the tour — it seemed like it was his first tour. Very different from Maria Arana, who was the best guide I ever had: her knowledge of Spain's history, customs and food, her genuine concern for people, even resolving problems from other guides, her leadership, her friendliness, her helpfulness, listening to needs, solving problems and patience with everyone. All the food was good, especially the cider dinner — delicious. Jorge was very helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable about each place. The Park Hotel is for very small groups and not suitable for the number of people in this type of tour — uncomfortable rooms.Show more

  In general it was a very good trip — only when we traveled by bus with 72 passengers it was very uncomfortable, especially for my husband. Some guides were a little heavy-handed, but guide MaríaJunca, the last one who took us to Madrid, was wonderful.Show more

  The tour got off to a very bad start. The arrival transfer never showed up at Madrid airport. I tried the contact phone number but there was no answer, and no option to leave a message. I the tried the What's App contact, but did not receive a reply. After waiting for 90 minutes, I ended up taking the Madrid Metro to the hotel. As it stands, 10 days after the tour started, Europamundo has yet to respond to the situation or even acknowledge it. I have taken several Europamundo tours over the last 4 years and found them to be of good value if you research and plan around the free time slots. The lack of response to the arrival situation has me rethinking plans to use Europamundo again. If things are going well, Europamundo is fine, but the lack of response when tings don't go well worries me. Aside from the starting problem, the rest of the tour was fine.Show more

As per our standard procedure, drivers wait up to one hour after the flight has landed before departing from the airport.   The trip was well coordinated. The tour guides were friendly & entertaining. We enjoyed walking around Madrid & Zaragoza. We fell in love with Barcelona particularly Sagrada Familia & Montserrat. I would love to see the rest of Spain esp. Ibiza & Mallorca & hoping to walk the Camino soon.Show more

  Late in reviewing it but it was awesome. Loved the whole set up. The only snag was in the end when the airportt transfer for the day came an hour early and as we didnt get down on time, it left and we had to get another cab and pay for it even though the transfer was pre paid. However Tpur radar did refund the amount to me when I contacted them about it. The guides were awesome. The coaches were comfortable and the accomodation was good too. Made some good friends while on the trip.Show more
