  In general it was a very good trip — only when we traveled by bus with 72 passengers it was very uncomfortable, especially for my husband. Some guides were a little heavy-handed, but guide MaríaJunca, the last one who took us to Madrid, was wonderful.Show more

  The tour got off to a very bad start. The arrival transfer never showed up at Madrid airport. I tried the contact phone number but there was no answer, and no option to leave a message. I the tried the What's App contact, but did not receive a reply. After waiting for 90 minutes, I ended up taking the Madrid Metro to the hotel. As it stands, 10 days after the tour started, Europamundo has yet to respond to the situation or even acknowledge it. I have taken several Europamundo tours over the last 4 years and found them to be of good value if you research and plan around the free time slots. The lack of response to the arrival situation has me rethinking plans to use Europamundo again. If things are going well, Europamundo is fine, but the lack of response when tings don't go well worries me. Aside from the starting problem, the rest of the tour was fine.Show more

  Dear Frank, Thank you for your message. We have investigated the matter regarding the transfer and, according to our records, we did not receive any contact from you at the time of the incident. As per our standard procedure, drivers wait up to one hour after the flight has landed before departing from the airport. As we were not informed of any issue during that timeframe, we were unfortunately unable to intervene, provide an alternative solution, or attempt to re-establish contact with the driver. For future situations, we kindly ask that you or the passengers contact us immediately—either via email or through our emergency line—so that we can assist in real time and work towards a prompt resolution.   The trip was well coordinated. The tour guides were friendly & entertaining. We enjoyed walking around Madrid & Zaragoza. We fell in love with Barcelona particularly Sagrada Familia & Montserrat. I would love to see the rest of Spain esp. Ibiza & Mallorca & hoping to walk the Camino soon.Show more

  Late in reviewing it but it was awesome. Loved the whole set up. The only snag was in the end when the airportt transfer for the day came an hour early and as we didnt get down on time, it left and we had to get another cab and pay for it even though the transfer was pre paid. However Tpur radar did refund the amount to me when I contacted them about it. The guides were awesome. The coaches were comfortable and the accomodation was good too. Made some good friends while on the trip.Show more

  Madrid experience went well from the itinerary, hotel, to the guide. From Madrid to Barcelona, there was an issue wiith the bus. First, there was an annoying creaking sound which they were only fix it once we had a rest stop. Second, after leaving Poblet, water started coming out of the AC. My family were the unlucky ones as the water came out where we were seated (3rd and 4th row on the right side of the diver). It was not just a water drip, it’s like a bucket of water poured on me as my pants were drenched. Our guide did not even check on how we are and just asked us to move at the back of the bus. It was a disappointing experience.Show more

  As advertised re switching guides but even guides were confused. Swirxhing busses on a 600 km trip was not good. Basillica tour left people in city center for 7 hours to wait for transfer. Mature tourists and other language tourists are not familiar with metro so own transport had to he arranged. Hotel Praga was bad. Waiting half an hour for an elecator at check out and bus left late. People carrying suitcase from 5th floor.Show more
