We have a traveller who is interested in this tour for September 2027, however they are currently waiting on their daughter to confirm whether she is pregnant. Should this be the case, the traveller would need to postpone the trip to a later date — but would definitely still like to go on this tour. Could you please advise on the applicable terms in this situation, specifically regarding: 1. The possibility of rescheduling the booking to a later departure 2. Any applicable fees or conditions for a date change 3. The latest possible date the change could be requested

The attractions were as advertised and the pace of the guides was good. Communication with the guide was excellent. The only issue was that some of the optional activities during "free time" were sold out. It would be helpful if the tour company could help book these ahead of the trip, or at the least incluse in the itinerary which activities tend to sell out early so that the traveller could book them ahead of time.Show more

Tour guide and city experiences were very good. The van was in poor condition, with ineffective A/C (especially under the extreme heat conditions) and bumpy ride. The driver was excellent. We were very disappointed that we were not staying in the same hotels as the other passengers, as we felt isolated from the others having the same experience. We assumed that we were to stay in 4 and 5 star hotels; the first and last night's hotel were very good, Fez and Marrakesh were, in our opinion, less than 4 star. We would have liked more shopping time in Marrakesh rather than extensive visits to sales pitches. The Berber Festival was one of the top experiences that we have had on any trip. We did this trip 43 years ago and loved the Berber Festival as it was at the time; this newer version is beyond exceptional. Overall, it was a very good trip with the exception of the van condition and the B hotels in Fez and Marrakesh.Show more
