Yvonne was amazing with her assistance making sure we were all prepped for the trip. During the trip, I got anxious about missing one of our guided tours because the tour guide was 2 minutes behind. I sent Yvonne a message and she immediately replied that she was working with the guide. I kid you not he showed up minutes after. He actually turned out to be a great guide and we were lucky enough to have him again the next day at the Vatican! 3/4 of our group had been to Rome and Florence previously through a different tour company. We all agreed that this trip was better all around!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with TUI Italia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
