The Excellent + categories included the following: responsiveness during the purchasing and planning of the trip, Oscar's communication over Whats App. (not too much or too little), location of hotel accommodations, itinerary (allowed for time with guide and also ample time for independent exploration). The Excellent ++ were two of our guides: Andrea in Bogotá and Lina in Medellín. Phenomenal ambassadors for the country, intelligent, mature, and fun partners, and super knowledgable, prepared, and attentive to who we were. The areas that were not as strong included aspects of our stay in Cartagena. The hotel location and room were beautiful and the trip to Rosarios and meal there were great. While okay, our guide, Camilo, and some of the plans were not at the same level as the first two sites. All in all, we had a great trip and appreciated all of your efforts!Show more
