- Day 1
Innsbruck
You'll arrive in Innsbruck and spend time walking through the charming old town, checking out the Stadtturm and the iconic Goldenes Dachl. The narrow streets along the Inn River are worth a wander, and you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at the famous Bergisel ski jump. After an info session, you'll receive your bike and get ready for the cycling adventure ahead.

- Day 2
Innsbruck to Bressanone
After breakfast, you'll transfer to Brenner Pass and start your bike journey following the Eisack River. The route takes you through charming villages like Gossensass and Sterzing, passing Reifenstein Castle along the way. You'll cycle through Thumberg, Stilfes, and Mittewald before reaching Franzensfeste fortress. The approximately 50 km route continues past peaceful Vahrner See and Vahrn, ending in Bressanone, the bishop's city.

Bressanone to Bolzano
You'll cycle along the scenic Eisack River through the charming town of Klausen and continue to Waidbruck, where you can see Trostburg Castle. As the valley narrows toward Bolzano, you'll explore a city where two cultures meet. The Waltherplatz, arcaded streets, and the Archaeological Museum housing Ötzi the Iceman are all worth your time here.

Bolzano to Ora
Your bike route takes you through sprawling orchards and vineyards on the way to Ora, passing through the wine village of Appiano with frequent views of castles, palaces, and ruins. You'll have chances to sample fine wines along the South Tyrolean Wine Road. The Kalterer See offers a refreshing swimming stop before you reach your overnight accommodation.

You'll cycle along beautiful paths beside the Adige River and through orchards heading to Trento. At Salorno, you'll reach the end of German-speaking South Tyrol. From there, levee paths lead into Trento with its charming historic old town. Stop at cafés on Piazza del Duomo and check out the impressive Buonconsiglio Castle.

Trento to Ala/Rivalta
As the Etsch Valley narrows, rocky mountain ridges come closer with magnificent castles standing watch over one of Italy's key trade routes. You'll explore the historic town of Rovereto and the charming Mozart town of Ala along your bike route. The path continues onward to your overnight stop in Rivalta.
