We waited for two years to enjoy this cruise! And yes...it was risky...even though vaccinated and boostered plenty of...
We waited for two years to enjoy this cruise! And yes...it was risky...even though vaccinated and boostered plenty of people got mild cases of Covid. We were coached on taking mask precautions...and for the most part we masked in the excursion buses and at buffet lines. But you get friendly with other diners and spend time with them in social settings not always masked. I thought Mihai/Mike was very attentive to people's health and safety. And was a FANTASTIC Cruise Director...the ship was always cleaned and inviting. The food was excellent and plentiful..as was the beverages! The excursions were without a doubt the best way to really see/get to know these countries...and conveniently! The Balkans have individual border rules, money and language! I cannot image doing it without enjoying the trip through cruising! Avalon...I will definitely cruise with you again!!!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Avalon Waterways. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "Avalon Waterways" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
