- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll land at Tribhuvan International Airport and get transported to your Kathmandu hotel. After settling in, the afternoon and evening are open for you to rest up from your flight. If you're feeling good, head into Thamel to wander the shops and cafes, then grab a welcome dinner featuring traditional Nepali food later on.

Kathmandu
Following breakfast, you'll spend the full day checking out some of Kathmandu's major religious sites. The itinerary takes in Swoyambhunath Stupa sitting up on a hillside, Pashupatinath Temple where devotees come to worship Shiva, the large Boudhanath Stupa with its colorful prayer flags hanging everywhere, and Patan Durbar Square where you can see old temples and traditional Newari style buildings.

Kathmandu to Bandipur
After breakfast, you'll drive roughly 5 to 6 hours from Kathmandu toward Bandipur, a well-maintained hilltop town that sits between the capital and Pokhara. The route passes through river valleys, farmland, and small villages. Once there, you'll check into your hotel and take a casual stroll through Bandipur Bazaar to see the old Newari houses and stone streets. By evening, look for sunset views across toward the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu peaks.

- Day 4
Bandipur to Pokhara
Get up early to catch sunrise light hitting the Himalayan peaks. After breakfast, you'll explore what Bandipur has to offer culturally and see the surrounding villages and natural spots. Then you'll continue driving to Pokhara, which sits nicely on a lake. Check in at your lakeside hotel and have the evening free to relax by Phewa Lake, take a walk, or check out the busy Lakeside neighborhood.

- Day 5
Pokhara
Start before dawn driving to Sarangkot for sunrise views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Nilgiri, and Himchuli. Head back for breakfast, then in the afternoon you have choices: boat ride on Fewa Lake to see the island temple, or hiking through forested areas to World Peace Stupa, or visiting Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Mahadev before heading up to the stupa for views across the valley and snowcapped mountains.

Pokhara to Chitwan
After breakfast, drive south for about 4 to 5 hours to reach Chitwan National Park, Nepal's main wildlife area and a UNESCO site. You'll pass from hilly terrain into river valleys, forests, and finally the flat Terai plains. At your jungle lodge, have lunch and relax. In the evening, watch a Tharu cultural performance showing traditional dances and customs of the local community living here.

- Day 7
Chitwan
Spend your full day exploring Chitwan's wildlife. Morning brings a private jeep safari with an experienced guide through grasslands, forests, and wetlands looking for one-horned rhinos, deer, wild boars, monkeys, crocodiles, and birds, with a chance to spot tigers or elephants. After lunch, you'll take a calm canoe trip on the Rapti River where your guide points out more animals and natural features as you float along.
