The positives of this tour were the most important things, being the daily tour events which are as advertised, the quality of the tour guides (with one exception), and the quality of the Transportation and the Hotels. All were comparable or superior to similar tours we’ve been on in other counteries. The less positive aspects - for what is billed as a luxury tour - were the communications and minor hiccups with logistics (Eg the driver arriving 30 minutes early for our hotel pick up - luckily we were packed and ready). Too often we needed to contact Necdet to find out the next days pick up time so as to plan our evening. Half an hour into our purported trip to Ephesus (as per the Itinerary) we found out we were actually on our way to Pamukkale - no one had told us. With all the other comparable tours we’ve been on, the communication about the next day were much more reliable and complete. So - some room for improvement to make this a truely outstanding luxury product.Show more
